Noah Bazarrack is a young orphaned boy disillusioned with life and it’s fragility. Being a member of the quasi military force , The Black Dogs, death and misery are not uncommon in the field.

Throughout his varies encounters in the mystical land known as the Wandering Sea, Noah must learn, understand and reject the “meanings” that his enemies and allies alike assign to life.

Through his death and rebirth, the fate of humanity rests on Noah’s hands. May he dance and sing like a clown of fate.
