บท 96: Fate and coincidences

"Miss Westburry, are you alright?" The driver asked as he saw her red eyes. He could see that she was on the verge of crying but he pretended as if he didn't see anything out of the ordinary to make her less awkward yet he could not stop the worry in his tone. 

"Yes, "Selene said with a smile. "Please take me home."

The driver nodded his head. As he was about to take the turn to the Estate way, Ethan texted Selene with an address. He asked her to check up on Esmeralda and she asked the driver to drive towards that way instead of going back home. 

Esmeralda lived in an apartment building in a great area. As she rang the bell, it was not Esmeralda who opened the door, instead, it was Ivy who was dressed in a black jumpsuit and her hair made into two braids. She was blinking her eyes at Selene. Given the girl's attire and hairstyle, it looked like she was ready for somewhere.
