Peter's eyes scanned his system inventory, his mind absorbed in the digital world. He sat in the back of the classroom, pretending to listen to the teacher's lecture. Suddenly, a gentle voice interrupted his focus.
"Excuse me, are you Peter?"
Peter looked up to see a beautiful girl standing before him. Her long, curly brown hair cascaded down her back, and her bright green eyes sparkled with a hint of familiarity.
"Yeah, that's me," Peter replied, his mind racing. Where had he seen her before?
The girl smiled, and Peter's heart skipped a beat. "You don't remember me, do you?" she asked, her voice tinged with amusement.
Peter shook his head, feeling a sense of embarrassment. "No, I'm sorry. Should I?"
The girl's smile widened. "You saved me from the Death-Row Gang in the woods. I'm Sophia."
Peter's eyes widened in surprise. "Sophia? I... I didn't think you'd remember me."
