บท 289: Spying royals

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Shadow parked the car right before the large doors of the royal palace, and Maverick smiled at Valencia, squeezing her hand.

"You look beautiful," He whispered to her before kissing under her ear to leave his lingering scent on her. 

"Kiss me too," Maverick said when he remembered she wore a scent-hiding pendant, and he wanted to smell like her like he belonged to her. 

Valencia chuckled softly, shaking her head. Then she bent and placed her lips under his ears, leaving a hint of her red lip tint there.

Before she smudged the red lip tint, she smiled, then moved her gaze to his eyes, which were already looking at her.

"Look at me with that hot gaze for a longer duration, and we won't be going inside for some time," Maverick said.

Shadow blushed at the words his alpha was using and coughed lightly to let them know he was still in the car with them.
