Vapier was the name of a small town located on the outskirts of the Penzo Empire. This town was far from the center of the empire and held little significance, with a population of fewer than a thousand people. The surrounding area was lush with green forests, teeming with wildlife and magical beasts. The townspeople often hunted these creatures for their livelihood, usually selling the carcasses to merchants who passed through. These merchants then sold the goods in larger cities.
