บท 21: Chapter 21 : Dogs don't bark at their masters
Futian felt empty inside him. Growing up without parents was hard. Yet now the people who raised him too were somehow connected to his mysterious family. His mother? He knew nothing about her. His father? Even his father was turning into more of a stranger the more he probed into things. How strange was life? it felt like he was more of a pawn someone was controlling in the background.
He hated such a feeling. He loved freedom. Yet freedom could only be found if one was at the peak. Only if he was strong enough would all mysteries get uncovered. Only if he was strong enough would he no longer be a pawn. Only if he was strong enough would he know his true identity and live without fear. Only if he was strong enough would he take control of the damn system! Within Futian grew a great resolution! He had to be strong! Strength gave the answers of all!
Besides the letter was a small piece of paper with a note.

Slowly he placed the storage ring into the inventory. With the inventory, he would store many more things compared to the storage ring. He then moved out of the courtyard and headed for the Imperial College
At the gates of the Imperial college were many students. These had to be the senior students. Some of them were selling articles, and manuals while others were selling tokens.
Three tables were at the entrance with students behind them recruiting students.

' Combat Palace'
' Wisdom Hall '
The three were the three peak palaces of the Imperial college Anyone who made it into the Imperial college had to belong to one of the four peaks.
' Wait if there are four peaks on the imperial college, why is it that only three are recruiting.' Futian frowned in thought.
" Hey, are you also one of the new students here?" One of the girls at the sides shouted at Futian. Futian swept a quick glance at her and quickly retracted.
The girl grew furious at seeing how a new student behaved in front of her. She quickly stomped her feet and vanished arriving in front of Futian in a split. Many couldn't help but gasp in awe at how skillful the senior was.
" Hey, I am talking to you." The girl said angrily.
" What's wrong with this noisy whore? Can't she understand that I am not here to look for mates?" Futian cursed beneath his breath unpleased.
" What did you say?" The girl shouted once again.
" Can you please stop barking?" Futian replied calmly yet his voice could be heard by everyone.
The drama soon began attracting the attention of everyone around. The seniors were used to such scenarios where fellow seniors always wanted to express their seniority. But that wasn't the same for the fresh students. This was a scene worth their time.
" Hey, do you know who that fella there is?"
" He seems to be a new student who just arrived."
" You mean don't know him?"
" Do you?"
" Of course! That guy there is a legend in this year's enrollment test!"
" Brother tell us more!"
" Listen! That guy....." The students began sprouting out all the legendary feasts of victory and shamelessness Futian had achieved in the exam.

" Ye Futian!" a voice interrupted. The speaker was a handsome young man behind a veiled girl. Bai Xu and Bai Ling.
Futian's accomplishments left a deep impression on the minds of those that came in the top ten. The Bai siblings were no exception.

" That Futian must learn his lesson today." One of the displeased students said.

" Elder Gu Yuze is the toughest Inner court Elder in the Imperial college."
" That guy is in for it."
The discussions continued among the students as Gu Qianlin listened carefully. As an early Spiritual Awakening Realm expert, she was certain that she would easily destroy the likes of Futian without lifting a finger.
This was because most freshers were pre-cultivators. As those who were cultivators were no more than 2-dan Fighters.So with such assurance, what could possibly go wrong when facing a fresher? Nothing! Right? So why not attack and create dominance.
" Seems you should be taught a lesson on how to respect your seniors but I will give you a chance."

" What did you say?" Gu Qianlin shouted furiously ready to attack.
" " Futian didn't reply but just smiled lightly. A figure moved all of a sudden at an astonishing speed.
" How's that possible?" Gu Qianlin cried in disbelief as she quickly retreated backwards.Yet in her view, she could clearly see that Futian was not slowing down but rather increasing his pace.
A great punch came in towards her chest. Gu Qianlin quickly reached as she guarded with her hands. A sound of shuttering of bones sounded as Gu Qianlin flew back like an arrow and slammed onto the ground.
" Aaaah! " A loud feminine scream filled the scene causing everyone to turn silent.The dust settled revealing two figures.
" One was lying one the ground being pummeled while the other was sitting on the head of the the other pummeled any body part he found without segregation.
" You. dogs. need. to. show. respect. to. your. owners. If. you. can. do. that. then. learn. not. to. bark. at. people. Once. you. learn. your. lesson. then. you. will. always. lie. down. obediently. everytime. you. see. them." Futian landed a blow for every word he said. It was just a mind blowing scene.
