So for those without any specific talents, this was the only section they could go before being disposed by the organization.

Oh no, they could still go to section 5 and become the lab rat. 

But at that time, their situation would be worse than death. So many of them would try to commit suicide when they knew that they would be sent to section 5. Because they knew very well that their chance of survival was very slim even if they made it through the round of experiments. 

No one wanted to go there.

Even if their ranking was not high in their section, but it was much better than being nothing but the lab rat in then section 5. Because once they become one, even death has become luxury.

At the very least, they had a certain degree of freedom in their original section.
