The Aurion Dominion was the first to escalate. Emperor Caelthar ordered a direct assault on Amber Heavens' southern border, deploying a legion of soldiers led by the Radiant Vanguard. Their plan was to test the Amber Veil and force a response from the empire's forces.
The battle was swift and decisive. The Golden Legion clashed with the empire's Flame Division, led by Eydon, the Flame Dragon. His fiery onslaught left the Dominion's forces reeling. The Amber Veil, strengthened by Veil Dominion, repelled their magical attacks, leaving them exposed to counterattacks.
As the remnants of the legion retreated, Emperor Caelthar received word of their defeat. "Amber Heavens is stronger than I imagined," he admitted. "We must find another way."
