บท 47: Lockdown

"Okay so not today. I understand you want to look stern from now on, but I'm here whenever you want to talk. I've been serious since day one so welcome to the club," She raised her hands in a feeble attempt to lift Judith's spirits, a faint chuckle escaping her lips as she surveyed their surroundings.

Everyone was eager to hear from their Alpha as to when they were setting off. There was more to the mission than what they knew about.

Why did they wait until she was chosen beforel this mission was given? Or maybe that was why she was chosen.

Why wouldn't the moon goddess just strike him to death instead choosing her to do that?

And what had driven him, her forefather who was one of the previous Alphas, to abandon their pack and form a dangerously powerful and deadly group of his own?

Was he even an Alpha? Or was he denied his rightful title? The questions swirled in Judith's mind, her thoughts laced with confusion and curiosity.
