บท 879: Sending Money

Qiao Mei asked curiously, "Is it gold?"

"No, no! Guess again!" Li Gui said excitedly.

Qiao Mei thought really hard about it but really could not figure out what Li Gui was up to. Seeing that Qiao Mei was at a loss, Li Gui quickly took out the chocolate from her breast pocket.

However, the chocolate was in a completely different state from when she received it. It was soft to the touch and black liquid kept flowing out from the gaps in the corners. Li Gui was sure that she saw an entire piece of chocolate earlier!

"What! What's going on! That woman lied to me!" Li Gui was so anxious that she almost cried.

Qiao Mei quickly went to the kitchen to get a bowl and put the melted chocolate in it. Li Gui would definitely feel very sad if she just threw it away.

"It's fine, it's fine. The chocolate melted. It'll be fine after we refreeze it," Qiao Mei said comfortingly.
