Qin Wan stared at Su Qing's message twice over.
Each word was crystal clear.
Just because Qin Shumei's words could hurt her didn't mean Su Qing had the same power.
She let out a cold laugh.
Then, she took a screenshot and sent it to Mu Shaochen through WeChat.
She also composed a message in reply to Su Qing.
"I don't mind. If you're so fond of him, you could act coy and ask him to divorce me. Or give me some evidence of your affair, and I'll oblige you, by the way, thank you."
After the message was successfully delivered.
She immediately blocked Su Qing.
Mu Shaochen, who could be either on a plane or busy comforting White Moonlight, didn't reply to her.
Qin Wan didn't pay it much mind.
That night, Mu Shaochen didn't come home, granting Qin Wan some peace.
The following afternoon.
Qin Wan saw her brother Qin Zheng in the hospital ward.
Seeing Qin Zheng in a hospital gown, his right arm in a cast.
His once handsome face was bruised and swollen, a pitiful and tragic sight.
Qin Wan's heart felt as if it had been pierced by a sharp knife.
Her nose tingled, and tears instantly overflowed.
The moment she cried.
She outright scared Qin Zheng.
He frowned with concern, lifting his hand but his face changed color due to the pain.
"Brother, don't move."
Qin Wan hurried to the bedside, stopping Qin Zheng from moving carelessly.
A trace of distress flashed across Qin Zheng's face as he smiled and said, "Then you stop crying too. Your tears are scaring me to death."
Since she was a child, Qin Wan was never a weak, crybaby girl.
In Qin Zheng's memory, the number of times she had cried could be counted on two hands.
And because as children, one followed their father and the other their mother.
Qin Zheng felt even more protective of Qin Wan, his sister, down to his bones.
He couldn't bear to see her cry or get hurt in the slightest.
Of course, Qin Zheng knew very little of the enmity between Qin Wan and Su Qing.
Seeing his state, Qin Wan was overwhelmed with guilt and choked up, "Brother, I'm sorry, it's all my fault that you ended up like this."

"It's healed now, look, in a few more days even the scar won't be there."
Qin Zheng scrutinized Qin Wan up and down once more.
His gaze paused at her neck for a few seconds before moving away, dimming.
When he spoke again, his voice turned serious, "Did you marry Mu Shaochen because of me?"
Qin Wan nodded, her face bearing a bright smile, "Brother, Mu Shaochen is really good to me."
"Good?"
Qin Zheng's face darkened bit by bit, "So good that he flew to be by Su Qing's side to take care of her the day after you got married?"
Qin Wan's face changed slightly.
The slap in the face came too quickly.
Very embarrassing!
She hadn't expected Qin Zheng to know about Mu Shaochen being with Su Qing.
To keep her brother from worrying.

Qin Zheng replied, "I'll call Mu Shaochen and have him come back for a divorce, then I'll go back to prison."
