Ye Xi just smiled faintly and then pointed to an empty seat, sitting down.
Eileen saw it too, but she didn't go over to greet Ah Gui and the others.
"Shall we change places?" Ye Xi asked her.
"No need," Eileen said. "It's off work hours now."
Seeing how forthright Eileen was, Ye Xi felt it improper to be overly sentimental.
Ah Gui and Monet finished eating first. After getting up, Monet took Ah Gui by the arm, and then they walked over.
"Hi, Sister Xi," Monet smiled at Ye Xi.
Those clear, distinctively black and white eyes were still so pure and cheerful.
At this moment, Ye Xi was forced to face Ah Gui directly.
Ye Xi didn't know how to greet him. Should she call him Ah Gui or General Manager Yu?
She waited for Eileen to speak first.
Yet, Eileen acted as if she didn't recognize Ah Gui at all, merely nodding slightly.
Ye Xi was baffled.
What was that all about?
"Let's go," Ah Gui tugged at Monet.
