บท 95: Not That Lame

Ilyan had just lingered around in front of her room for several long minutes. He had not been able to hear any sounds from her room for a while. Not her cries. Not any things breaking. Nothing. All that greeted his ears was silence. Deafening and haunting silence.

Summoning courage, he knocked on the door. In all honesty, he was not expecting even a reply so when he saw her opening the door for him, he was bound to be taken aback.

His hesitant feet stepped inside once she walked back inside and stood near her balcony. His forwarded foot crashed against something, making him look down.

He bent down to pick the broken piece of vas that was in his way. His gaze traveled around only to find her entire room in an absolutely messy state.

The broken pieces of the glass and the vas scattered all over around the room. He swallowed the lump formed in his throat at the sight of several pens lying in a corner beside her bed.
