I was currently in the middle of showing a house to a family that was thinking of moving to the area. They were a lovely little family that had a pretty young mom, a handsome young dad, and a little girl that looked like she was about two years old. The mom was pregnant as well, so they were going to be expanding their little family and wanted to move somewhere that was bigger and a little more family friendly.

This house had it all. There was a large fenced in yard with a playscape that the little girl would be able to use as she grew up. There was a place to put a pool if they wanted to, but they were just a short drive from the beach. The school district was phenomenal. And the house had more than enough room for all of them.
