Tokyo, Japan,
City Outskirts,
??? POV,
The Sun had nearly set by now and the sky was of a reddish colour. A few birds could still be seen flying about but they were most probably headed towards their nests and the likes. Human activity had died down considerably, with only people who were returning from work late or teenagers that were hanging about with one another being the majority.
At this time, in a certain open ground, a storm was brewing. One that would affect the lives of the normal people by a considerable amount.
An immense number of individuals had gathered up, with the vast majority being around the age of college students (though more older individuals were present). They had arrived on motorbikes, causing quite an uproar as they did what with their unruly behaviours and incessant shouting. The bikes themselves were now being used as seats and the likes, while some chose to stand around.
For all their unruliness however, these individuals also showed a rather strange form of organisation. Each of them wore a very specific type of attire that seemed to represent their affiliations, at the same time however, the different groups seemed to make no effort in hiding their hostility for one another.
Insults were being thrown around quite freely and it looked as if they would start fighting at any moment, right then and there.
"Hmm.." A teenager with bleach blonde hair slightly tilted his head, standing at the head of one of the groups. He had purple eyes and his gaze was somewhat unnerving, wearing a red tailcoat with no shirt underneath and black jeans. Behind were numerous individuals dressed in red jackets, some in long red outer coats. One thing to note was that all of them had the same, yin and yang symbols on the backs. The words 'Tenjiku' written in bold on one of the sleeves. The teenager was Izana Kurokawa, the de facto head of the Tenjiku gang, cruel and ruthless. The rulers of the Yokohama district.
"What kinda bullshit is this?" A rather tall, giant of a man, expressed his displeasure putting chips in his mouth. Everyone behind him seemed to be in casual wear, t-shirts and shorts was the norm. He had a rather large stomach and a shaved bald head, perhaps some way of showing power? Leanman, head of Ueno's strongest gang, Night Dust.
"I kinda agree." A tall and muscular man rubbed his chin, looking to the side with a small grin, his hair was fashioned in a fade. Everyone gathered behind him (and himself), wore bosozoku style clothing with the initials 'ICBM' sewed near the shirt pocket in a bold manner. The Ikebukuro Criminal Black Members, based in, of course, Ikebukuro with their leader being Hansen. A rather arrogant and perverse man.
"Shut with yer yapping." Another man, the tallest one out of everyone here by far, grumbled cleaning his ear. His hair was blue and white and was kept long and tied up, his stature was extremely broad and his muscles bulged even if covered by his clothes. A tattoo sprawled across his neck, adding to his rather wild stature.
Taiju Shiba at its helm, it's members wore uniforms that mimicked military garb, befitting their fearsome image as a warmongering army. The 10th Generation Black Dragons, an army for hire and extortioners.
"How barbaric." A rather average looking (So far as stature was concerned) man mumbled fixing his collar, white blonde hair and a sharp face were his defining characteristics. He wore a gray suit and held a rather cold demeanour. Takashi Andou, the head of the G-Boys operating in Ikebukuro and one of the more, honourable gangs. The men with him were in casual wear as well but the difference was still apparent if only from their attitudes.
"How like you to say that." A red haired man slightly chuckled, calmly jabbing at Takashi. Sporting short red hair, he was rather tall, not as tall as some others here, however tall nonetheless. Strangely enough, the people with him seemed to be wearing red in one way or the other. The Red Angels, one of the three gangs vying for supremacy in the Ikebukuro Area with their head being Kyoichi Ozaki.
At that moment, the sounds of shouting and bikes once more unsettled the normal residents of the area as another group rode in. "Yooo, how've you kids been?!" The man at the forefront of this group grinned widely, resting against the handle of his bike.
"You're one of the youngest here you dumbass." Hansen quickly retorted clicking his tongue in displeasure at the arrival of Kagiroi. Blonde hair, a tall and broad stature that one wouldn't expect from someone of his age, Kuroda Ryuhei, the Rabid Dog. The head of Kagiroi, one of the strongest gangs in the entire kanto region.
With this, most of the major gangs of the Kanto Region as a whole had gathered up. While some were exempted, it was only because these 7 were rapidly absorbing them, adding to their man as well as political power.
"Ahaha.. Don't mind the small stuff." Kuroda laughed, stopping his bike, the men behind doing the same. The Kagiroi gang had been destroyed once in the past, by a certain individual that had now run off to Korea, but thanks to Kuroda, it was up and running once more.
"I doubt it's small stuff, but that's just gonna fly over your head." Leanman laughed, followed by cackles from others. Kuroda simply tilted his head in confusion, which only served to further increase the laughter. "Oi, you makin fun of our boss?!"
"What, you wanna go right here?!"
The reply came nearly instantly, the shouting starting again.
"Shut the hell up! We came here for business! You can throw your fucking tantrums after we're done!" Taiju roared, drowning out the shouts eventually killing them off. "Now, the last of the yakuza that had a hold are gone." He calmly stated, the Yamazaki were just about the only thing that was left in their way by now.
"I can attest to that." Takashi calmly nodded, there wasn't even one trace of them left anymore.
"Wha? Who did em in?" Kuroda questioned with slightly wide eyes, a big smile on his face, this person would have to be really strong right?
"...." Izana silently looked behind him, in response a teenager with his hair tied up walked forward, opening a laptop with a big grin on his face.
On it was a familiar white haired man talking to the press regarding his latest endeavour, "Mr. Hayes, what made you utilise your personal assets regarding this matter?"
"...I believe, they were overstepping their bounds... bringing innocents into it." The man replied sternly, his eyes obscured by black shades. He was wearing a neat white suit that strangely enough, complemented his overall looks.
"I see. Selflessness of this level is rare in this day and age."
"... I'd not call it selflessness. They paid for their mistakes..." With that Ren Hayes concluded the interview, leaving rather quickly. The teenager closed the laptop, retreating back into the crowd.
"Hmm, that doesn't seem like a bad person." Kyoichi remarked rubbing his chin in thought, someone like that deserved genuine respect. "They may have upset the Hayes in some way." was Takashi's conclusion regarding the matter, steering clear of the conglomerates was an unspoken rule among the criminal underworld.
The Big 4 of Japan. Each one capable of ruining a nation's economy with how much wealth they individually held, old and powerful families.
The international Hayes Conglomerate with assets worth hundreds of trillions. An economic empire with numerous institutes under them, from railway lines to banks to educational facilities to companies and much more.
The Shinomiya, assets rivalling the Hayes and monopoly over the country's economic infrastructure.
Momobami of the Hundred Clans, originating from a multitude of countries that held absolute control over certain integral parts of civilization.
Finally, the Takishima Corporation, providing support and owning hundreds of companies with all ownership rights belonging to themselves. Touching any of theirs would get a private army on you.
These were the people who were among those at the top of the very world, of course no criminal in his right mind would mess with them.
Back to topic,
"Point is, we got nothin stoppin' us no more." Hansen grinned widely, hitting the tank of his bike, bending it inwards from the sheer force. "You know what that means don't you?" Leanman added, still munching on his chips, though now he had a small grin etched across his face.
Kuroda jumped atop his bike, holding out his hands to the sky, "It's time for fucking war!" He declared loudly, followed by the clanging of metal and gunfire.
Now one might be confused, gunfire? Weren't they just small-time biker gangs? The answer to that was no, rape, extortion, blackmail, property damage, murder etc was common among them. The only reason they used their hands to fight one another was to make a point.
"Good luck kiddos." Taiju laughed loudly, walking away to his men, the next time they met, they would be enemies.
"Wanna settle it right fuckin' here?" A random grunt blocked his way only to be instantly thrown away with a slap by the giant, "Don't leave a bad taste in my mouth." Taiju muttered out looking at the man who was now unconscious, bleeding from the mouth.
Izana looked at his hand for a few moments before clenching it with a small grin, "This country's mine."
"Find that silver haired bastard!" Izana shouted out orders, turning to leave. He had to get rid of that stain on his resume first, the silver haired asshole that had completely destroyed him and his executives in juvie.
"Yeah yeah, good luck with that." Kuroda did a small salute, once more sitting on his bike.
"Well it's finally time, Kyoichi."
"I'll see you on the battlefield, Andou."
Thus started, a new wave of gang activity.
One may wonder why the police wouldn't be able to stop them. The answer was simple, bribery and blackmail.
At the same time, two new players to the game would be arriving from overseas soon, each with sizeable forces.

Does anyone even like this? Like, all I been gettin recently are hate comments more often than not. Not that those will make me stop writing.
Also, how does it feel like to be dumber than a fictional character? Hayasaka figured it out yet all you lot took the passiveness as, he's a beta male. For the love of God, grow out of that alpha beta bs.
I like how I've set up for him and Haysaka to interact though I hope my way of doing it doesn't look bullshit.
The gangs are an actual threat in this world for normal people. This should shed some light on this fact.
The individual power held by the conglomerates has also been described and by now, a fair bit of how the world functions has been revealed. You should know by now just how much political power Samuel stands to inherit.
No, polygamy or harems aren't a thing in this world nor is there any shortage of males, which is the reason most fics use (I find it annoying in all honesty). He can still make it work if he wants to, I'm sure you can figure out why and how.
Of course there are certain aspects that I still choose to keep in the dark to make for an interesting story.
I hope you like the main world setting.
