I sat in the quiet of my cabin, my hands trembling. But I knew what I had to do. The world thought they knew who I was, but they didn't. 

They only saw the prince, the man with the title, the one who followed the rules and smiled at the banquets. But they didn't know the truth. They didn't know who I was.

I had betrayed everyone who trusted me, and the guilt ate away at me every single day. It had been that way ever since I left Rivendale. 

I thought I could run from it. I thought I could hide. But no matter how far I went, my mistakes followed me. I couldn't outrun the truth anymore. It was always there, always reminding me of what I had done.
