{Zenin Compound, Training field}
[General POV]
Maki with a feather step moved to the right as a stone hand lunged from the ground under her. The Sorcerer who conjured it clicked his tongue in his frustration.
A shot rang out from a bunker situated on the other side of the field from the broken maze like stone walls. The opponents were quickly dwindling as Maki was upon them once more.
The heavy scimitar in her hand was gripped with both as she swung at one of the hands that was raised before. Destroying it in the process as well as sending a veritable amount of debris towards the remaining 5 left.
With the collapsing stone they were forced to cover and regroup themselves. During this time another employed his cursed technique. His technique allowed him to briefly change the senses of his opponents via the air through using his cursed energy like an airborne drug.
Sadly for him he found out too late just what made Toji Zenin truly feared by Sorcerers... now applied to Maki.
Maki's Heavenly restriction allowed her to move unimpeded through the mist as she closed in on them.
More shots began to ring out as the walls surrounding the sorcerers were battered. Maki neared the closest grunt and with a roundhouse kick the grunt who was only barely able to guard, he left the ground as he was catapulted away due to the force.
Maki was quick to move her head as a shot rang out behind her as an open window of opportunity was shut down as a bullet slammed into the shoulder of another grunt.
The final elder finally realized just what Maki was and attempted to make very large hands that encompassed her in a hurry.
The hands were quick to close on her, left with no choice Mai loaded two different bullets and proceeded to shoot one of the remaining walls near the old man.
Through the fight she was able to determine that the cursed technique lost it's strength whenever the user stopped manipulating the stone. So she aimed and fired.
The wall that was blocking her way to the target was slammed into by a heavy sound. Instead of going through it though, the shot splattered onto it.
With a second shot the first was ignited. A chain reaction occurred as a small localized explosion took place. The first shot was simply a chemical mixture that was mildly unstable when exposed to air. The second shot was the other half that caused the explosion similar to a shape charge.
The Sorcerer who was until that moment attempting to further incapacitate Maki came face to face with an explosion that ruined his concentration. Then he was thrown into the depths of hell as he realized the hands he was controlling were broken free from within.
A manic smile was on the girl's face as she appeared like a ghost in front of him.
Luckily reinforcements arrived. Two men wielding their own swords were able to block the wild swing from the monster after him.
As he continued to retreat he was forced to come to terms with the fact that over 20 people from the clan had joined the siege of two young girls. But he gritted his teeth and moved on. The Zenin Clan's Honor was at stake in his mind.
As the new arrivals joined the fight they found themselves lacking very quickly.
Mai had time, and as someone who learned very quickly to have an active imagination, she could create. Giving that kind of person time to create was a mistake. And many paid the price as the girl was all to welcoming with the variety of modern weaponry.
As they ran into the battlefield they were met with the storm of bullets from Mai who unleashed her arsenal upon them.
From rifles to handguns she fired fast but methodical at them. While a few were able to get away with going after Maki the rest were forced to find cover lest they were to become swiss cheese. Because as long as she didn't aim at a vital one shot they were forced to deal with the bullets while still "in combat"
The most fun part for her was when she needed to reload she simply just created a new magazine for most of the weapons in her bunker. And as Maki was on her war path, she hunkered down more and more.
The cursed techniques of the Zenin clan were found to be lacking in their attempts to manipulate the structure. She had her cursed energy moving throughout the structure and it acted as the materials for the weapons and ammunition.
It acted like a simple domain and an expansion without fully realizing the technique. Which meant for the Zenin clan members, she could do this for a long time and there was no getting close to her.
[POV Azarius]
Watching the fight so far I was gratified seeing this. I watched as my students tore apart a number of grown men who though way to highly of themselves. Most of this so far was depressingly easy for them to deal with. Add in the time they had to create and to establish their dominance I saw only victory for them.
It would take overwhelming power for them to actually be taken down and so far only 4 or 5 were even worthy of saying they had a chance to harm them.
In the meantime I was content to simply remove the trash from the battlefield before they were harmed. Though a few got the "Smart" idea to say they were not gonna die to something and I falsely brought them out.
They were now gaged and bound off to the side where I left them be. Zenin Ogi, the twins father was currently brooding while watching the fight near us. He had only waved his hand earlier to send the reinforcements.
Gojo was having the time of his life doing play by plays of some of the fighting. In-between his snacks he held in his hands.
Watching as the Maki abandoned the frontal combat situation and retreated to Mai's bunker was a stunning sight as she moved with grace and ease as the sorcerers became confused with her movements.
When you were unable to sense a person it only made things worse when she just danced around you. The humiliations she pulled off as she did so were the icing on the cake.
Some tripped, some slammed with a very hefty sword, and a few more seemed very close to no longer having kids. I moved those last few as they now were groaning off to the sides. Ruthless.
As she propelled herself on to the top of the circular bunker a feeling washed over everyone in the vicinity. Jujutsu treats twins as the same person. With both of them in sync a resonance was formed when she landed. And Mai began her work.
The burden thrown on Maki nearly doubled in my senses as the bunker grew thorns. Barrels of weapons aimed all around them and Maki's eyes were wide as her smile grew.
Discarding the sword she held she reached and touched the top of the bunker. Withdrawing the hand she pulled a glaive from it. Then Mai began to fire. Calculated to attack the many hiding spots of raised hands throughout the training field.
Cursed techniques began to fly as they defended themselves in a hurry. I worked overtime to make sure none of them wouldn't die but damn the twins were making me work.
[POV Mai]
My hands were pressed to the floor of the bunker as I continued to supply new ammunition to the weapons. Constantly firing was draining my energy fast but with my link to Maki I was able to direct them accurately.
As the surroundings were cleared out I finally dropped off my barrage. Exhausted I laid out in my little bunker, the last of my energies were just about spent but for now I had a nice little house.
A message came through our link, ("you all right in there sis?")
Simply replying to her I said, ("Yeah, just exhausted... rest is up to you.)
Then I heard a voice come from outside, my ears were still ringing a bit from the gunfire so I wasn't able to make out what was said, but it was my father speaking. Oh well, not so important now, sleep sounds nice.
[POV Maki]
"You have done enough you petulant children. It seems I must rectify these mistakes on my own." Father was being as obnoxious as always it seems. Not even recognizing just what was accomplished
"Wow, I really can't believe I actually wanted to make you proud of me. You are such an ass of a person I wonder why you don't walk on four legs!" HA stupid cunt of a father take that.
And the way he got red in the face was super satisfying. I know now why Emiya-Sensei likes to taunt us. Its way too fun.
seeing him drawing his sword I moved quickly. My body was still a little sore from bearing Mai's Barrage of guns but that was whatever in the long run. This fight was a long time coming and I was happy to oblige. Sadly he wasn't the only one to survive the attacks.
Hands once more sprouted from the ground around me as I was forced to weave about them. I kept my senses open to locate the other threat while keeping an eye out for my father's technique.
The blade he wielded abruptly burst into flames as his technique was applied. He wielded the sword as he charged through the hands. Hypocrite couldn't even see he had to rely on another sorcerer to attack me.
But that was fine as I located the other sorcerer and as my father was approaching I readied myself with the glaive. Deflecting the burning sword to the ground It threw up debris of rocks into the air, tearing a path of flames as it continued on.
Spinning the glaive with my momentum I batted a few burning rocks into the direction of the would be attacker and sent a little message to my overwatch. Sadly I was told to deal with it for a bit as she was still a bit tuckered out for now.
With a sigh I just continued to do as she said, deal with it. An easy deflection of the burning blade brought more frustration to my father's face, only now it would have a lovely round shaped bruise as I rotated the momentum of the glaive to smack him.
With his stagger I smashed another hand as it attempted to enclose me braking it and sending the stone my father's way and blocking his view of me. Which turned out to be a real problem for him as he found out precisely what Emiya Sensei meant when he said, "actually fatal attacks."
My first slash was the back of his knee. It brought him to a kneeling position. I heard a gunshot rang out as this happened and was all to welcoming of it.
My second slash brought the blunted blade high and from behind him I landed the blow on his forearm shattering the sword arm. bleeding off the momentum, I reversed it and slammed the pommel of the glaive into his spine.
As he cried out in pain and indignation lying on the ground I planted the weapon into the ground and leaned on it. Because I wasn't the only one who wanted a piece of him.
Mai, with a very sweaty stagger, stumbled to us as the dust was finally settling from our skirmish. She barely looked to him as she shot a rubber bullet into the spot I hit in his spine just moments before.
His screaming was both invigorating and grating at the same time. So I shut him up with a kick to the pommel of my glaive that landed on his jaw. Sadly I seem to have knocked him out while also breaking the jaw.
With a sigh I looked to Mai and said, "That was way better than therapy."
She looked at me with a deadpan and said, "I'd shoot you right now but I can't lift my arms. Don't give me a reason to go beyond my physical limits." and walked to Emiya-Sensei. With a shrug I shouldered the glaive and was all to happy to look to our sensei's direction. Only to realize he was watching the whole thing and we would probably have to deal with critics. Damn.
