'Grace? Richard picked up the new twist in Cory's plea. 'Isn't that the same as the nanny's name? And if it is, what has all this got to do with her?'

Hearing Cory mentioning Grace's name in his parents' presence, Jace's eyes turned red with fury. What was she trying to do? Even at this point she didn't know how to stop? Is she seriously courting death?

But the most urgent thing now was to divert his father's attention from what Cory had said about Grace.
