บท 183: Meeting once more

At the place close to the center of the forest, Akiva Ryu frowned harshly as she hurriedly moved to reach the place where that winged man had crashed just seconds ago. She tried to smite him with brutal lightning and thought it would be over for him but at the last moment, he skillfully deflected most of the damage away. It looked like he was heavily injured but in reality, he was not. He controlled his crash down to fall at distance from the original place.

If he still has the energy to fake his crash after getting struck by her lightning dragon, it means he is not as injured as he looks to be. She galloped towards him and after a few minutes reached the place but to her alarm, there was no one there. The spot between the tall trees where he should have crashed appeared disturbed but except for the marks or traces of destroyed foliage, he was nowhere to be found.
