"Let me know if you need me," said Tong Wei. She wanted to stay, but she didn't think she would be much of a help anyway. She decided to go home since her parents might be worried about her.

"Okay. I'll drive you home." Wang Yao drove Tong Wei home, then left after staying at her place for a short while.

"How come you stayed at his place for so many days?" asked Tong Wei's parents after Wang Yao had gone.

"Nothing big. There were some issues with his house, so I stayed for a few extra days," said Tong Wei.

"What issues?" asked her parents.

"He built a house in the village, and it caught fire, so he needs it to be fixed," said Tong Wei.

"He built a house in the village? He's not gonna buy a place in the town center?" asked her mother.

"He didn't say that, but I think it's pretty nice to live in the village," said Tong Wei.
