The Small World that Dragon Emperor chose was a large Small World made out of an array. The space there was strong and it could withstand large forces.

This Small World was a thousand kilometers wide and it was a boundless starry sky.

Dragon Emperor Tun Xu sat on a ten foot long grand chair while a large number of Dragon Tribe members and managers, along with regular tribesmen, gathered on two sides.

Long Teng, Su Mo and the Grand Elder were beside Dragon Emperor.
