บท 838: Evil, Ruthless and Merciless!

The Federation had always prevented the elite families from acquiring any forms of military power. If a person from an elite family was to enter the Federation, other than receiving many military merits, they would not be able to get into the central command chain of the Federation. No matter how high one person's military rank was, they would be only given deputy rank positions or positions without any real military power. For a position of power such as a commander of a base, elite families could never be able to sit in this position, the highest they could go up the command chain was just being high ranked staff officer.
