The storm raged on in the sky, but the lightning had ceased, signifying that the God Dimension's aerial restrictions had been lifted. Whether the lifting of these restrictions was man-made or natural, the result was the same: personal flying devices for the various teams were operational again. In other words, the biggest obstacle to the teams' speed had vanished, and the vast distances within the city were no longer an issue. At least, the path to the Umbrella Corporation building was now wide open for all teams.
