Zhang Zian had not forgotten that the beach they were on was an FKK area, which was the designated clothing-optional area. That meant that stripping down naked was legal in this area.

Zian had brought his binoculars along in order to search for nude ladies on the clothing-optional beach. It would be better if the lady had a busty chest, long legs, fair skin, and was also beautiful.
