บท 13: Jenny's Perspective
Jenny, Liora's personal maid, had been with the youngest daughter of the Carval family since she was a child. As the granddaughter of Pak Tua Jenskin, the head servant of the Carval family, Jenny grew up with a strong sense of discipline and work ethic. Though only 18 years old, she was accustomed to the great responsibilities that came with her position.
Her shining blonde hair, soft green eyes, and calm personality made her beloved by everyone in the Carval household. However, her relationship with Liora always felt special. Jenny considered Liora like a younger sister, though she maintained a professional distance as a maid. In contrast, Liora often treated her more like an older sister.
Recently, Jenny had started to notice something different. Liora, who was usually serious and ambitious, seemed to be more cheerful and often smiled to herself. Liora even started spending more time in her room with something she called "manga." Jenny was curious but didn't dare to ask directly.
One morning, while they were organizing documents for one of Liora's projects, Liora suddenly looked at Jenny with a wide smile.
"Jenny, you have to try reading this," Liora said, handing her a beautifully covered book titled Your Name.
Jenny furrowed her brow. "But, Miss Liora, I can't borrow your things."
Liora chuckled softly. "Oh, stop calling me 'Miss.' You're like my sister, Jenny. Go ahead, take it. I'm sure you'll like it."

That evening, after finishing all her tasks, Jenny sat at the edge of her small bed. The lantern light illuminated Your Name in her hands. Carefully, she opened the first page.
From the start, Jenny was immediately immersed in the story of Taki and Mitsuha, two teenagers living in separate worlds yet mysteriously connected through a body-swapping phenomenon. She was captivated by the warmth and wonder of the story. The beautiful artwork and the vivid dialogue transported Jenny to another world.
"How can they swap bodies like that? It's strange, but also… touching," Jenny murmured, her eyes widening as the story deepened.
When she reached the part where Taki tries to find Mitsuha, only to realize they come from different times, Jenny felt her heart ache. Tears fell from her eyes without her realizing it as she read the revelation about the tragedy that befell Mitsuha.
"This is so sad… but also so beautiful," she whispered.
When she finally finished reading, Jenny sat quietly, lost in thought. Warmth and sadness mixed within her. She wanted to know more about Taki and Mitsuha's story, about how their love transcended space and time. But at the same time, she felt content with the poignant ending.
The next day, Jenny went to Liora's room. She returned Your Name, but her expression showed she was still moved by the story.
"Well, Jenny? Did you like it?" Liora asked with a wide smile.
Jenny nodded slowly, her eyes sparkling. "The story… was incredible, Miss Liora. I've never read anything like it before. Thank you for letting me borrow it."
"I knew you'd love it!" Liora exclaimed excitedly. "Unfortunately, Your Name only has one volume. But don't worry, my father said he'll make another manga with a romance genre. So get ready for a new story."
Jenny chuckled softly. "In that case, I'll look forward to the next work. But, Miss Liora, please don't forget to go to bed on time, okay?"
"Alright, alright," Liora replied with a wide smile, glad that she could share something so meaningful with Jenny.
