I knocked on Jax's door wondering why it was locked. For whatever reason, I met his door locked and this was seemingly weird because during my stay in this room, the door was hardly locked. He preferred leaving it open, especially with Rachel sneaking in and out at night.

The door opened slowly revealing Jax's worn out and disheveled face. I didn't know why I was worried but true way his eyes dragged over my body, I knew something was wrong.

"Are you sick?" I asked as I stepped into the room. I entered into the room and everywhere was dark. He had closed all his windows and blocked any source of light from entering into the room.
