The world of Teyvat, which had been baptized by the new 'power of the world' after annexing another world, slowly ceased its transformation.
The colorful auroras that had continuously evolved the world of Teyvat gradually disappeared. The world of Teyvat had evolved from a fragmented 'world bubble' into a complete, primary high-energy plane world. It had also formed a unique operating law with the subordinate worlds, which Takumi called the "supreme order" of world operation.
Takumi sat on the Heavenly Throne with his legs crossed, examining the star trajectory map in his hand. The 'Star Trajectory Map' resembled a 3D projection, showing the world of Teyvat as a central sphere with two smaller spheres revolving around it. This was the 'world order' that Takumi named the 'supreme order.'
This map also served as a console through which he could adjust the positions and trajectories of the subordinate worlds in relation to Teyvat, as well as directly regulate the rules governing them. It was also part of the 'Original Magic Circle,' functioning in conjunction with the power system of the human world and the seat of fate.
Beyond these functions, the 'Star Trajectory Map' granted Takumi authority over Teyvat and its subordinate worlds. The power of the world was akin to the world's 'vitality.' The more of this power a world had, the stronger and more stable it became. However, there wasn't any extra 'World Power' available in Teyvat for Takumi to use at present, as it was the very lifeblood of the world.
The plane barrier acted as a shield, containing this vital force and allowing it to circulate within the world—like a "life support system." As long as this remained intact, Teyvat could endure.
"The existential crisis in Teyvat has been completely resolved," Takumi said as he stored the 'Star Trajectory Map' into the 'Original Dharma Ring.'
"With the existence of the plane crystal wall, nothing can enter Teyvat without my permission, and neither can anything leave." He smiled slyly. "As for those who have already arrived—hey, brother, now that you're here, why not stay and build a happy life in Teyvat? What? You don't want to? You refuse to acknowledge me as the 'Lord of Celestia,' the 'Master of the World,' the 'Creator,' and the 'God of Gods'? Well, if you can't comply peacefully, I'll help you do it—you don't have any objections, do you? What? If you have an objection, just keep it to yourself. I can't hear it anyway."
Asmodeus, who was sitting on the throne beside Takumi, opened her golden eyes, which glowed with majesty. Her heart was filled with joy. Her authority had grown stronger, her power increasing by 30%. Her newfound strength meant her master had also grown more powerful.
She sensed the changes in Teyvat. All diseases in the world had disappeared. Not only that, Teyvat had become unimaginably powerful, and the way she gazed at Takumi was now filled with even more devotion.
At that moment, a voice of discontent came from the throne on Takumi's other side.
"Hey, Master, can you give me back the authority over time?" Istaru lay on the armrest of the throne, her cheeks puffed out like a sulking child.
This master of hers had promised to return her 'time authority' upon their arrival in Fontaine, but he still hadn't done so.
Takumi flicked Istaru's forehead with his finger, causing her to bounce off the armrest. "Don't give me that look. The world has grown immensely now, and I definitely need your help. Otherwise, if I had to supervise everything myself, how could I have time for... I mean, how could I think about the grand plan to annex other worlds?"
Istaru grumbled under her breath, "You just wanted to say 'slacking off,' didn't you?" She rubbed her forehead with teary eyes.
As the most cunning among the Four Shadows of Heaven, she knew precisely what her master was like.
Takumi separated the 'time authority' from the 'Original Magic Ring' and looked at Istaru with a mischievous grin. "Hey, I'm going to return it to you now. Well, where should I put it?"
"No, Master!" Istaru protested.
"Even if you scream, no one will come to save you," Takumi teased.
"Ah! It's in!" Istaru cried out.
Asmodeus watched Takumi and Istaru curiously. "What's going on with the Master and Istaru all of a sudden?"
With the power of time restored, Istaru's small, elf-like figure rapidly grew to match Asmodeus's in almost no time at all. She now had the same appearance as Asmodeus—except that she possessed sparkling blue eyes instead of gold and had a lively demeanor in contrast to Asmodeus's cool, calm presence. Her hair was also white.
After all, they were both among the Four Shadows of Fanes, so they looked remarkably similar.
"Ah, I'm finally back to normal!" Istaru patted her chest and glanced over at Takumi. Seeing the interest in his eyes, she gave a playful smile. "Oh, Master, my figure is just like Asmodeus's. Why don't you give it a try right here on the throne? We could do it together with Asmodeus."
Asmodeus's golden eyes, filled with a calm majesty, stared at Istaru. "Together for what?"
Takumi's expression turned serious in an instant. "Are you defying heavenly laws, Istaru?"
Istaru's demeanor froze at the sudden change in Takumi's tone. "How could I dare, Master? Are you angry?" she asked nervously. Takumi had rich emotions, and she feared she'd crossed a line.
Even in the past, she hadn't dared to disobey Fanes, and she certainly wouldn't overstep her new master, who was even more powerful.
Asmodeus also frowned slightly, looking at Istaru disapprovingly.
Takumi lifted Istaru's chin, his tone stern. "Only the Master makes the first move. How can any family member initiate with the Master? I'll let it slide this time, but next time..."
"There won't be a next time!" Istaru quickly replied.
"No," Takumi corrected, "you have to try harder next time."
Istaru was at a loss for words.
At that moment, the 'World Gate' connecting Sky Island to the subordinate worlds opened.
A pair of leather boots stepped out of the gate, followed by a woman with ice-blue, hip-length hair. Her figure was just as impressive as Asmodeus's, and her presence exuded the charisma of a queen. It was Esdeath, Takumi's newly loyal servant who had completed her mission and returned to Sky Island.
Upon seeing Takumi, Esdeath's cold expression instantly softened into one of innocence, her cheeks flushing with a hint of excitement.
"Master, I'm back," she said. "The reward we agreed on before... I'm here to collect."
