บท 18: TIME SKIP... ONE MONTH, PROGRESS
Looking at his status, Tian Xing felt quite satisfied. As he gazed outside the window at the sky full of stars, he decided it was time to sleep.
As the next day sun rose, Tian Xing got up from his bed and stretched his body. Clearing his eyes while looking at the sun in the sky, he prepared for the day ahead.
After cleaning himself, Tian Xing donned his all-black attire, complete with a black mask.
After enjoying his breakfast, he walked out of the inn, attracting the attention of many passersby, mostly girls. Ignoring their gazes, Tian Xing headed towards the forest where all the soul beasts resided.
After walking for some time, he arrived at the entrance of the forest. Entering, he took in the sight of trees all around him.
Once inside, Tian Xing began leaping from one tree to another, swiftly disappearing into the depths of the forest.
Time Skip....
Tian Xing stood before a massive green wolf soul beast, its cultivation reaching a formidable 9,000 years. Activating his martial soul and first soul ring which is now purple in colour, Tian Xing greeted the beast with a smile. The wolf, enraged by this gesture, unleashed a barrage of wind blades from its mouth towards him.
Tian Xing looking at the wind blades coming towards him in a slow motion due to his dynamic vision leaped high into the air, effortlessly dodging the wind blades. The green wolf, surprised by his agility, attacked again in mid-air.
Tian Xing, with his dynamic vision, expertly maneuvered through the air, dodging every incoming attack. He landed gracefully on a tree, his eyes fixed on the wolf. With a light tap of his foot on the tree, he vanished, leaving the wolf bewildered. In a flash, he reappeared beside the beast, delivering a powerful punch to its stomach, amplified by his soul power. A gaping hole appeared in the wolf's abdomen.
As the wolf died a purple spirit ring emerged from the wolf's body and floats in the air, but Tian Xing paid it no mind, turning and walking away.
"It's been a month since I entered the forest, and only one month remains before heading to Nouding Academy," Tian Xing mused to himself.
Since entering the forest, Tian Xing had dedicated himself to daily practice with soul beasts, gaining valuable combat experience. His learning ability allowed him to improve at an astonishing rate. He had also managed to increase the age of his soul ring from 800 years to 2,000 years, transforming its color from yellow to purple.
Not only had he honed his combat skills, but Tian Xing had also significantly increased his soul power from level 11 to level 20 within a few months. He achieved this remarkable feat by utilizing soul power pills he had created himself. These pills, free of any side effects, boosted soul power by one level per pill.
Two days ago, Tian Xing had successfully created his second soul core, imbued with the element of earth.
His spiritual power, which had been at the Spirit Connection Realm (High) a month prior, had now broken through to the Spirit Connection Realm (Peak).
