บท 140: Chapter 140 Nightfall

Soon, he found himself in a deserted place and sat down cross-legged to meditate. The recent battle had drained much of his Spiritual Power, which he now had to restore.

It wasn't until nightfall that Mo Wangchen woke up from his meditative state. His Spiritual Power had already been replenished, and he spent the rest of the time cultivating.

As the sky darkened, the entire Moyun Mountain Range was enveloped in darkness. Mo Wangchen could hear the occasional roars of beasts, becoming more frequent.

Nighttime was the most active period for Monster Beasts and also when the Moyun Mountain Range was most dangerous.

Generally, adventurers who entered the Moyun Mountain Range would leave before nightfall. Even if they didn't leave, they would light campfires and huddle together to deter the Monster Beasts that roamed the night.
