"Wow... it's winter again already." Elion held out his hand, watching snowflakes fall and melt on his palm.
Ten years had passed quickly for Elion in the United States. He'd done a lot, though it was mostly the same routine every day: completing missions, fighting Dreds, leveling up, getting new skills, and growing much stronger than before.
[Ten years, huh? You've grown up now.] The System said, sounding like a proud parent.
"Yeah, you're right. 24 years old, such a confusing age. If the world hadn't ended, I'd probably be working now." Elion laughed bitterly.
Elion looked up at the sky, which was dropping beautiful little white balls. He stood at the edge of the beach, the gentle night breeze softly touching his face.
Now 24 years old, Elion had grown taller, his hair longer, and his face more mature. He wasn't the skinny, undernourished 14-year-old boy anymore. He was no longer a kid afraid to face the harsh world.
[So, what do you want to do next?] The System asked curiously.
"It's time to go somewhere else. I have a new goal this time: visit every country in the world."
Elion turned, walking away from the beach. His steps were bigger now, unlike 10 years ago. He walked towards the house he'd created, which looked large but not fancy. The house stood strong near the beach, with 2 floors and a rooftop.
[Sounds fun. Besides, you've been in the US for too long.]
Elion laughed, nodding slightly. Over the last 10 years, Elion had traveled all around America. He'd visited famous places and historical sites, read books from big libraries, and even found ancient books in the middle of nowhere.
"Yeah, but before I go, I want to make..."
Elion stopped talking, calmly looking at a group of Dreds running towards him. They came in large numbers, hundreds of Dreds shaped like black mist with glowing red eyes, their voices rumbling like a storm.
But for Elion, they were just small fries.
"I'll take care of this trash first."
[Oh, try using that skill you got from the ancient book!] The System shouted excitedly like a little kid.
"You mean the skill from the book I found in the ruins of the Statue of Liberty?" Elion asked with a grin. "Okay, I got you."
He stretched out his hand, focused his mind, and started activating the skill and chanting the spell he remembered perfectly from the ancient book.
"Celestial Torrent," he whispered, and suddenly the sky above him changed.
Thousands of white lights formed a circle in the dark sky, spinning fast like a hurricane. In a flash, those lights fell at incredible speed, raining down on the approaching Dreds.
One second.
The group of Dreds that was running towards him was now gone, completely wiped out by that rain of light; not one left.
[You have successfully killed an evolved Dred (126x)] [You have leveled up! (50x)]
[HAHA!] The System laughed out loud, feeling entertained. [That's crazy! Even though it used 100,000 imagination points, it was really worth it.]
Elion coldly watched the ashes of the Dreds flying into the air, mixing with the snow falling from the sky, then chuckled.
"It really is worth it. But when I used this skill, I just realized that using certain skills actually reduces IP," Elion said as he walked back into his house.
[Duh. If a skill goes against the laws of the world, of course it counts as imagination. You should've been more critical and figured it out sooner.]
"Yeah, thanks to you never telling me how things work, I almost died years ago." Elion rolled his eyes, closing the door behind him, then whispered, "Open status window."

Elion pressed one of the skills and immediately the system screen expanded, giving an explanation about that skill.
[Creation Lv. 6] [Skill Description: Capable of creating complex objects, whether existing or non-existent in the world, that can defy the laws of nature.]
"Since the [Creation] skill is now level 6, I should be able to make that thing," Elion said with a smirk, sitting down on the sofa.
[What do you mean by 'that thing'?] the system asked curiously.
"Just watch me do my things!" Elion said excitedly, his eyes full of sparkle. He then got up from his seat and walked to another room.
A workshop. He had a personal workshop now. The room was filled with very strange objects, and only Elion knew what they were for.
After taking a few small objects and placing them on the table in the middle of the room, Elion then said,
"Alright, let's get this started."
Elion stood in his workshop, his hands skillfully working on the core that was slowly floating in front of him. He was concentrating on multiple tasks at once, handling them all easily.
[So, what's the genius up to this time?]
"Well, actually, I'm building a device that will broadcast music across the entire world. Remember my idea about quantum resonance?"
He glanced at the glowing core, its internal parts forming with each small movement of his hand.
[Quantum resonance, huh? Sounds complicated.] The voice sounded sarcastic.
"It's not that complicated. It's based on quantum entanglement. You know, the particles that stay connected no matter how far apart they are?"
He began adding complex circuits inside the core. After that, he reached out, gently touching the core, putting Imagination Points into it.
[Ohhh, right. Like some sort of... magical invisible string connecting things.]
"Yeah, exactly. So, instead of sending sound through normal waves, I'm syncing particles in the air using entanglement. That way, music doesn't lose energy over distance. It just... resonates everywhere at once."
The core pulsed as it absorbed more of his Imagination Points.
[Riiiight. So, the sound just... what, magically appears? No need for speakers or anything?]
A little smirk appeared on Elion's face. "Not only magic—but also quantum physics. The air itself vibrates along with the music, thanks to the resonance between particles. No signal, no receivers. It's like the air becomes the music."
He then waved his hand, and the device began to hum, its power growing.
[Ahhh, sure. You're basically turning the entire atmosphere into your personal spotif*. Got it.] The system's tone was playful, yet knowing.
"You're getting the hang of it."
The core floated higher, glowing with energy.
[Impressive. I thought you'd struggle trying to do this… but I guess you're fine multitasking, huh?] There was a hint of teasing in its voice, as if it already knew the answer.
"Yeah, I've learned how to split my focus. Right now, part of me is handling the quantum mechanics, part is monitoring the atmosphere, and the rest… well, I'm still here chatting with you." Elion said, giggling.
The device continued to take shape, its power stabilizing.
[Look at you, handling five things at once. You've really grown, huh.]
The system's teasing was obvious, but it still sounded impressed.
Elion laughed. "Yeah, yeah. But you'll see, it's about to work."
With a flick of his wrist, the device rose into the air, its energy spreading throughout the atmosphere.
[Let me guess... now you'll say something dramatic like, 'Let the music begin,' or whatever.]
"You know me too well." Elion smirked, raised his hand in the air, then snapped his finger. "Then, let the music begin!"
He snapped his fingers, and the device activated, sending quantum waves across the planet. In seconds, music resonated everywhere, as if the air itself was alive with sound.
It's a song that Elion personally loves called 'Cat Days Are Over'.
[Huh... well, look at that. You actually did it.]
"Told you it was simple." He smirked, the world now filled with melody, his thoughts already moving to his next goal.
[Simple? Yeah, for us.]
After that, Elion began to prepare for his long journey, traveling across the world with music accompanying him in the air.
