With Carter's atmosphere firmly in place, a protective layer now enveloped his form, shielding him from dangerous cosmic rays and solar radiation. His surface, once barren and exposed, had breathable air, and weather cycles were forming. Clouds drifted lazily in the thin atmosphere, and wind patterns began swirling through the skies, a promising sign of the planet's growing complexity.

The next step the host must complete is the creation of a stable water source. The host possesses the equation for water, but it is recommended to pull drifting comets onto the planet to accelerate the process.
Carter paused at the system's suggestion. "Comets, huh? I guess those ice chunks have their use after all."
He sensed several comets floating within range of his gravitational pull, icy bodies drifting aimlessly through the void. With a slight shift of his gravity control, Carter reached out, pulling the comets toward him like a fisherman reeling in a catch.

2.3 million celestial energy used to accelerate the formation of water bodies.
The first comet struck his surface, shattering on impact and releasing vast amounts of ice, which quickly melted and soaked into the land. Another comet followed, then another. With each impact, more ice melted, pooling and seeping into the crevices of his terrain. Rivers began to carve through the rocky surface, and lakes and seas slowly took shape, filling the deep valleys.
Carter watched in awe as water gathered across his form, his barren surface gradually transforming once again.
"I didn't think creating a planet would be this thrilling," he thought with a growing sense of satisfaction.
"Water cycle initiated," he thought again, feeling the weight of his creation. "I'm practically playing world box right now with more obtions."

Water source established. Step two complete.
Carter couldn't help but grin. His planet was coming to life before his very eyes. "So, what's next?
