บท 44: How Are You So Strong

Leo felt the spell destroy the poison, but he still felt weak. Following that, he summoned the Blood Griffin and climbed on its back while speaking, ''Head toward the city.''

The monster let out a screech before taking off and flying toward the capital. As it did, more creatures appeared, but this time they were giant evil-looking eagles. Leo sighed and started flinging spells at them.

Life's Elixir healed him while he cast spells into the monsters. They tore their bodies, giving the Griffin time to reach the city. By the time the wall came into view, the defenses fired, causing them to dive toward the ground.

When they got close, Leo jumped off its back, landed with a thud, and dismissed the Griffin as the attacks stopped. He started jogging toward the gate when a man-sized door opened as a soldier called for him to enter.
