"Tori, I had only planned to stay here for a few hours. Now it's almost 11 o' clock and we have been here since 7 o'clock." I said to Tori after she said that she was going to order a next drink.
"I know, but I want to stay an hour more. I want to dance some more." She said.
I sighed. "I get that you want to stay, but I'm really not feeling so well, and you're my ride." I protested.
"I know that, and I wouldn't leave you hanging like that, so that's why I asked Tyler to give you a ride home." She said. "I already spoke to him."
I glared at her. "You did what?"
"Oh, come on, it's not like you have anything against him or anything." She said. "Your house is on the way to his. It's no big deal."
"I know that, and if it was another time, I wouldn't mind, but I just don't know if it's a good idea right now." I said. "Besides, it is out of his way because he'd have to pass his house first."
