As Haeun reached to wrap his arms around Yeongsoo's neck, his phone vibrated.
Yeongsoo glanced at his phone, the message from his assistant flashing on the screen. He sighed, considering the demands of work that awaited him. [Certain documents require your attention, boss. You'll have to come to the hotel for at most half the day.]
He felt a familiar tension at the thought of having to leave Haeun, but he pushed it aside. It was just work stuff, after all. He didn't want to ruin the morning's warmth with worries about deadlines.
"Just some work stuff," Yeongsoo said casually, slipping his phone into his pocket. He leaned down and placed a soft kiss on Haeun's forehead, eliciting a small gasp from him. "Will be alright if I step out for a bit?"
Haeun nodded, the kiss sending a delightful shiver down his spine. "I guess so but can't I come along?…"
