This is the steel wire, which shoots out from the back of his mechanical armor, wrapping around various points to provide Midoriya with anchors to pull himself. His movements are swift and quick.
The round of fighting isn't over yet. Togata Mirio misses with his right punch and shifts mid-air, aiming a fierce kick toward Midoriya's chest.

However, unexpectedly, Togata Mirio's right leg phases straight through Midoriya's chest. After appearing behind him, Million's right leg kicks viciously across his back, landing a direct hit.
Midoriya Izuku falls to the ground, but before he can take any further action, he quickly activates his rocket backpack and soars into the sky.
At that moment, Togata Mirio emerges from the spot where Midoriya had just been, looks up at the student flying high above, and says:
"Midoriya, your battle experience is a bit lacking, but your battle instincts are sharp."
"Mirio-senpai, your Permeation Quirk is amazing..."
