"Here's your drink, Kassadin."
As Sonia slightly leaned forward to place the beverage down next to Harvey, he couldn't help but notice the beautiful profile of her youthful face, framed by her flowing golden hair. Her delicate earlobes and alluring collarbone were captivating, pulling his gaze downwards to the inviting white valley just below.
Moving lower, he caught sight of her slim waist and long, porcelain-like legs clad in sandals, her toes resembling delicate pink grapes. The sweet fragrance of the shower gel lingered around her, making it hard for Harvey to figure out where to look.
Sonia was a different person at home compared to her public persona. Regardless of how she dressed, her natural beauty shone through, making her attractive in any outfit.
With such a lovely woman in front of him, completely at ease, Harvey's mind began to wander into a myriad of thoughts.
Considering the harmony they needed to maintain, to avoid misunderstandings or awkward incidents, he finally spoke up, "Sonia."
"Yes, Kassadin? Is there something wrong with the drink?"
Sonia turned, slightly puzzled by his sudden call.
"I understand that this is your home, and it's natural to feel relaxed and dress casually. But don't forget, there are others around."
Harvey cleared his throat, reminding her gently.
"What do you mean?" Sonia asked, glancing down at her outfit, still confused.
"I mean, guests can arrive at any moment in the summit villa," Harvey replied. "You should be mindful of your attire."
"Understood. If it's a visit from Tony, I'll be sure to dress appropriately. If needed, I can excuse myself," Sonia assured, having fully comprehended his concern.
"Let's not kid ourselves; this villa has only had Tony as a visitor since it was built. He generally informs me before coming over," she added, realizing that he likely wouldn't want to draw attention to himself.
Though she understood that Kassadin was concerned about her appearance, his lack of eye contact was a bit puzzling. While she didn't quite grasp why he never expressed his thoughts directly, she'd be more than willing to comply if he ever did.
With the understanding that Kassadin's inclinations were normal, she felt relieved.
"Be mindful, alright?"
Seeing that Sonia was still somewhat perplexed, he corrected himself.
"But this is just my usual taste in clothing. If a guest arrives, I'll change in an instant."
Sonia responded confidently, "But there's no guest here right now, and I can't dress like this when I step out."
"So, in your presence, I hope you allow me to be a little more relaxed."
Sonia's tone took on a softer, almost playful note, her smile lighting up her face.
"…"
Harvey, hearing her reasoning, found himself at a loss for a proper response. After all, she was right—there were no guests in the house.
If he pressed her to change, wouldn't it risk revealing some of his thoughts? Exposing his feelings for Sonia could inadvertently create tension, or worse.
Lost in contemplation, Harvey decided that perhaps it was best to let the moment pass without further comment.
"Fine," he conceded, giving her the nod of approval.
Sonia's smile broadened, clearly pleased with his response.
"Thank you, Kassadin."
This moment reassured Sonia that she still held some charm. With Kassadin's preferences confirmed as normal, she felt lighter.
With joy, Sonia hopped onto the nearby couch and began her work.
"I'll be stepping out for a bit…"
As Harvey rose to leave, Sonia was about to inquire where he was headed when suddenly—
"Seems we have an unexpected visitor."
Looking out at the Void Island, he spotted a handsome man with long black hair stepping onto the shore.
"The God of Thunder's brother has arrived."
In the cafeteria, the Seer remarked, his gaze shifting.
"Thor's brother?"
Kyle's mind whirred, recalling the name. "You mean that troublesome Loki?"
"How did he find his way here?" Reno asked, intrigued.
"He must have learned about us after our recent ventures and wishes to join the Void," the Seer replied, having glimpsed into the future and seen numerous conversations with Loki.
"Whether Kassadin will accept him remains uncertain, but does Odin, the Allfather, allow his son to worship another god?"
Kyle frowned. "If Odin were dead, he might not care, but as long as he lives, that's unlikely."
Leicy echoed Kyle's certainty, nodding in agreement.
