Only things you should know going in is that names are constantly butchered and characters will probably end up one dimensional. Read to chapter 11 and within 3 days of knowing the mc Lucy is already living with mc and performing sexual favors. Romance probably won't be strong and harem will be a pokemon harem. Most importantly there is still plenty of poison left over. I'll be dropping, but maybe I'll revisit later to see if author improved anything.
