"It's the easiest way to get him off my back," Ranon said nonchalantly when Hazel asked, after that they talked about another topic entirely.

"So, what is this date for?" Hazel asked, she looked at her reflection on the mirror and fixed her hair. She was in rush, thus she didn't pay attention to her hair, only her make up.

"Father wanted to see you."

"Did he miss me already?" Hazel blinked her eyes innocently at Ranon and the driver coughed lightly to hide his laughter.

"Kind of," he replied nonchalantly, which made Hazel grimaced, she was not thrilled to know that Denzel Leighton missed her, though she was sure that was only Ranon's offhanded reply. "We are going to get the test done tonight."
