The city is in the dark as it's already night. I'm sitting in my office in the palace after making sure everything is going according to the plan.
Mehawk has already mobilized troops who are cleaning up the city. This clean up includes every dark force present in the city, every nobles who are on my brother's side and behind my ambush in the forest.
Yep, I already know who it was. So after coming to Fortis I want to clean them first. As it will be my base from now on, so I don't want any other power in it.
Fortis is a big City, it has many nobles from low level to upper level and many dark forces. Actually I wanted to eliminate the dark forces because it will increase the burden on Itachi controlling them even after putting them through his SHARINGAN. That was the original plan to control them.
But now I have Doflaningo so I will leave the underworld to him. As there is human trafficking, illegal auction houses , and slave Markets in the city. I will leave them to Doffy to handle. It's already morning as I'm sitting in my office listening to the reports from Itachi. Soldiers are sent to rest. Everything went smoothly in the dark side no evidence was left behind. 'Damn Doflaningo, he is really good.'
Now if we talk about the whole city, it is under my control as Itachi already gave a taste of his M- SHARINGAN to the army commander and his top officers by my orders. I don't believe in anyone other than my parents and subordinates.
