“Guards! There are intruders here, and they tried to slander me! Arrest them!” Luna Queen shouted desperately again.

All of us, including Hayden, who was pretending to be injured, went on full alert, ready to fight, and yet there were no movements from outside the office.

No one responded to the Queen’s shout.

“Guards!” Luna Queen kept shouting, and when she realized no one would be coming to her rescue, she glared ferociously at me.

“What did you do to the palace’s guards?”

I glanced at Leo, who shrugged as if it wasn't his doing, though I knew he was lying.

He must have brought in reinforcements and subdued the imperial guards.

Luna Queen suddenly stood up and rushed toward me to try to harm me, but…

I stood still as her movements looked so slow and clumsy in my eyes.

It kind of looked slow-motion, and I could dodge or even defend myself easily.

Was this because the Queen was too weak?

Or was this because my true potential had been awakened?
