Achoo!
Aaah! Choo!
A young child about six years old was walking on the Verandah in a mansion, looking at the falling snow with some fraustration on his face. He also looked before him, a game like status screen could be seen floating. Upon closer inspection, he saw his name at the very top.
Name: Wang Lu
Status: Mortal
Lifespan: 6/75
Martial Arts: none
Enlightenment Points: 0
Mission: 0/1(Massacre Wang Clan and gather hatred points from the world that can unlock other panel functions.)
Below the panel, a line of words were present that made him very disturbed. Clearly this was
NB: Become a Villian to earn Enlightenment Points.
*****
How could he not see that this was clearly trying to push him to a dead end. He was just a baby and he is already being told to take a path with no good end. Even if Wang Lu was willing to, he just felt that this panel was a pit.
The cheat he had was clearly not a good thing. He had been reborn in the Wang clan and his birth parents clearly treated him particularly well. But this crappy panel actually was already starting to eye his family.
The reason he was walking out in the cold was to make himself sober. He had read a lot of novels and knew exactly just how badly the villains ended up.
Even if he didn't still have the morality from the world he had come from, he felt that this panel might end up putting up stupid requests as time passed by in the future. What would become of him then, if he kept doing things just to earn some points at the expense of his own desires.
He still wanted to be someone that could make friends and associate with others in the future, even perhaps get married and have a family.
To him, if possible, he would try to go after Immortality, but not at the expense of everything. But this might just be his inexperience talking, after all he had not been in this world for long, but from his past life, he was someone that came from a loving family. He didn't carry around any hidden emotional damage that he had to compensate for in this world.
It was just that his nature in this world couldn't be determined by just his three year old experiences. He had yet to face some realities of this world yet, but time would tell.
"Young master! It is cold out here! Get back inside!" The sound was clearly coming from a middle-aged woman. Wang Lu was pulled back to reality by the woman's voice.
Seeing the way his hands were shaking slightly, but he hadn't stopped moving. A woman with a plumb body, appeared before him with a coat and put on him, before sighing helplessly and picking him up.
"Little Lu! You should wait until the weather changes before rushing out to play. Why do you still sneak out without proper clothing." The woman kept complaining as she carried him towards the house.
She was clearly planning on taking him indoors.
He only kept nodding, but she could tell he wasn't even paying much attention to her instructions. He would probably do the same thing tomorrow. But she didn't say anything else, after all the child wasn't that difficult to take care of. She was also fond of him, but she turned head to see Wang Lu raising his hands to catch some snowflakes that were falling.
Looking at the maid that was carrying him, Wang Lu just smiled. It was not the first time he had been standing in the snow. The maids seemed to have gotten used to this and at this. But his parents didn't seem to mind, and this made it possible for his actions to continue.
But perhaps a few years later he would understand why they didn't care about him getting exposed to some cold snow.
He hadn't seen his father in a while, but his mother was present. Only she didn't walk around often, but mostly spend her time in a daze on the balcony.
Even though he felt safe in this place, he had been restless, because of the content he read.
Right! He could already read, and from his parents reaction, it seemed that such a situation wasn't shocking.
He started learning how to read and write at the age of two. It seemed that children in this world were not born stupid, as he heard of some genius from the nearby clans that managed to actually start talking in less then nine months.
He didn't get flustered much as he had seen the panel with martial arts but he didn't know just how strong martial artists really where.
But from the mission the system had given him, he could already almost tell that this world was far from being simple.
The life in this place was stable, even moreso than his childhood back on Earth. Clearly he didn't feel any kind of theats coming for him.
His family was also not badly off, and he could even tell from the fact that he able to have many servants around him that his status in this place was not low. As he looked at the snow falling he seemed to also enter a dazed state again.
No one trully knew what he was thinking, or perhaps they didn't care either.
As he was carried he could see a woman standing on a balcony looking into the distance. She was extremely beautiful, and carried a hint of indifference in her guaze. She looked at the maids carrying him to the house without even a change in expression. When he saw her, he smiled and she seemed to have smiled back.
That was somewhat shocking to the maid varying Wang Lu, but not that much as she had seen this scene not more than once. After reaching the door! He finally spoke, "Put me down!"
The maid carrying him could only helplessly put him down and open the door, as she watched a familiar scene. He rushed into the house and seemed to be heading towards the wooden stairs. Though a lot, he didn't pause but continued to run along them.
"Is he still going to disturb madam?" She thought this, but she didn't dare to stop him. After all that was the woman of this house, and Wang Lu's mother in this life.
Only she didn't seem to stop him from going up, and even more importantly, the maid had this feeling she could see her son sneak outside all the time. Even so, she was puzzled as to why the madam didn't bother to stop him at all during all this times.
Most of the time the Madam seemed to be in a daze and Musk was used to it. Even now, she had just reacted slightly due to Wang Li's presence. But for Wang Lu this seemed to be something he had overlooked all this time, because he would alsl spend some time in a daze. It is when he is usually observing the panel before him.
He just felt that it was going to make his life difficult. But just now, he was indeed happy to see his mother of this Life. He rushed upwards intending to talk with her. She had a lot of interesting things to say.

At the balcony where the beautiful woman was standing, another figure could be seen in the shadows. She was half kneeling and facing the woman on the balcony.
