Apparently a word for word copy of "Out-crazy the Targs for Fun and Profit" in AO3, only changing the MC's name from Maekar to Aerys. Only chapter 14 isn't in the original version of the AO3 site, though I don't know if the original author had a patreon or discord where they might've released. So, as this author doesn't make a single mention of the original, even though 13 out of 14 chapters are taken word for word from it, I'd guess it's stolen rather than adopted.
