Picking up the badge, the portable heater, and the ropes, Yao Ran glanced at the message once more before leaving. Returning to the 20th floor, she went to find Long Yu.

"Yao Yuechuan had escaped, but he left a message. He said he would come to find me again after dealing with Gao Shuwei." Yao Ran said as she walked into his apartment.

Long Yu, noticing her calm demeanor, asked, "Do you want me to find him?"

Yao Ran shook her head and said, "There's no need to do that. Since he said he'll come to find me, we'll just wait."
