Chapter 052: God of Destruction Beerus?
[Top of the Pet Leaderboard: Beerus, Owner: Ye Tian]
Beerus ascended to the top of the pet leaderboard, which didn't surprise Rongrong and the others, as Beerus was the only one left unrevealed. If Beerus wasn't number one, who else could be?
"Master, where is Beerus now? We haven't seen him in a long time!" Honghong asked.
Ye Tian smiled and replied, "He's been bored recently, so I gave him a task. He's off exploring alternate dimensions. There are quite a few around the Shinobi World, and I don't know much about them, so I sent him to check them out."
Ye Tian finds Beerus quite troublesome because he has a penchant for destruction. He has to keep him occupied, or the Shinobi World would be in chaos.
Initially, Ye Tian raised Beerus because he was his cat. When he first transmigrated, Beerus was already his pet cat. So, naturally, he nurtured Beerus into the character from the "Dragon Ball" anime. Of course, the current Beerus is still far from the one in "Dragon Ball," who could effortlessly destroy countless planets with a mere finger. Ye Tian is also nowhere near that level.
However, this pet Beerus is still incredibly powerful and has a high level of comprehension. He's even started learning Ultra Instinct, though he hasn't fully mastered it yet—only grasped its basic form.
Moreover, Beerus has also mastered immobilization and destructive techniques, along with numerous ninjutsu skills. Judging from his position on the pet leaderboard, Beerus must have surpassed all the other summoning beasts, securing the top spot.

In the Golden List Livestream.
The image of Beerus appears.
Everyone sees a humanoid cat dressed in Anubis-style attire, lean but exuding sharp and cunning energy.
He is Beerus! The Beerus of the Shinobi World!
[Beerus: Cornish Rex cat, possessing the physique of the God of Destruction. Mastered skills include destruction, immobilization, various ninjutsu, and the basic form of Ultra Instinct. He also has immortality.]
[Might Guy: My goodness, Ultra Instinct! Isn't that the second-ranked taijutsu on the Taijutsu Leaderboard? It's even stronger than my Eight Gates! And a mere summoning beast has mastered such taijutsu?]
[Kakashi: It's just the basic form, so it probably isn't fully mastered yet.]
[Might Guy: Even so, it's terrifying!]
[Hidan: This guy has the physique of a God of Destruction? To be named after a god—that's no small feat.]
[Mei Terumi: His original form is a Cornish Rex cat. This is a breed beloved by aristocrats. Who would've thought a cat like that could grow to this extent?]
[Kakashi: All the top ten summoning beasts belong to Ye Tian, and many of them come from quite ordinary species. They ultimately became incredibly powerful. If anyone says this has nothing to do with Ye Tian, and that he simply found these powerful summoning beasts, I wouldn't believe it.]
[Tsunade: It seems Ye Tian has a special method for nurturing summoning beasts. That must be it!]
[Gaara: If our Sunagakure could obtain that special method, then…]
At this point, many people started agreeing with Tsunade's speculation, all of them very intrigued. However, they also knew that obtaining such a special method was almost impossible—unless they declared war on Ye Tian to seize it. But who would dare to declare war?
That would be suicidal!
[Fourth Raikage: The pet leaderboard ranking has been finalized. Next should be the distribution of rewards. It's a pity the Genbu rejected my request and went back to sleep.]
[Third Tsuchikage: Fourth Raikage, even if the Genbu had agreed to become your summoning beast, it would've taken the reward for itself and not given it to you.]
[Naruto: I'm really curious about what the reward will be!]
[Kurama (Nine-Tails): Naruto, the reward is mine!]
[Naruto: Kurama, have you forgotten that I'm your master now? I have the Beast Collar!]
[Kurama (Nine-Tails): Naruto, you're actually threatening me with the Beast Collar? Fine, if the reward isn't useful to me, I'll give it to you!]
[Naruto: It's a deal!]
[Eight-Tails: Kurama is such a pushover!]
[One-Tail: Yeah, Kurama is too soft!]
[Kurama (Nine-Tails): Heh, let's see if you still say that after you wear the Beast Collar!]
...
In the Sound Village.
Orochimaru had captured dozens of humans and was about to perform a summoning jutsu.
He intended to summon Manda, and these humans were to serve as sacrifices.
Manda wasn't easy to please. Without sacrifices, Manda would get angry. Of course, in urgent combat situations, sacrifices might not be necessary, but they'd have to be provided later to make up for it.
For example, last time, after Manda blocked an attack for him, Orochimaru later prepared a large number of sacrifices as compensation.
Boom!!!!
Manda's enormous body appeared in an open area of the Sound Village, enveloped in smoke, its overwhelming pressure spreading out.
"Orochimaru, why have you summoned me again?" Manda questioned.
Orochimaru responded, "Manda, I'd like to discuss something with you."
"What is it?"
Manda asked.
"I want the pet leaderboard reward. Can you give it to me?" Orochimaru was worried that if he delayed, Manda might refuse, or White Snake Sage might intervene. So, he decided to summon Manda directly.
"A reward? Give it to you?" Manda laughed mockingly. "Why should I? Even though you're my master, we're equals. I don't have to follow your orders. I can give you face on some things, but not this."
"I can give you a large number of sacrifices, and they'll be ninja sacrifices!!!" Orochimaru said sinisterly.
"A large number of ninja sacrifices?" Manda was tempted. Ninja sacrifices tasted far better than ordinary humans, and he really enjoyed them.
Unfortunately, Orochimaru usually only provided ordinary human sacrifices.
"I want 500 ninja sacrifices and 50,000 ordinary human sacrifices!!! If you can meet this demand, I'll give you the reward!" Manda gritted his teeth and said.
The reward would undoubtedly enhance his strength or provide some other benefit. He was tempted, but without enough high-quality sacrifices, he wouldn't agree.
"500 ninja sacrifices and 50,000 ordinary human sacrifices!"
Orochimaru frowned.
Such a large number could only be obtained by slaughtering the entire Sound Village.
He had painstakingly built the Sound Village, and if it were destroyed, it would be a significant loss.
But for the reward, if the Sound Village must be sacrificed, then so be it.
"Fine, I agree to your demand. But, Manda, we must swear an oath to abide by this agreement! If anyone breaks it, they shouldn't blame me. You should know my methods." Orochimaru said.
He wasn't truly afraid of Manda; he was just worried that Manda might run away, refuse to work, or not help when needed, which would mean losing a major combat force.
But if Manda dared to deceive him, Orochimaru would make him regret it.
"Fine, with enough sacrifices, everything is negotiable!" Manda nodded.
