บท 61: Chapter 61: Arson

Shanguan Zu Jin's POV

My servant looks at us. I wrap my hands around her back and legs. I scooped her up and stood up. Wu Jinmai looks at me.

"I can walk," she says.

I shake my head. I look at Xu Jiaxu and start walking. "What's with the rush?"

"Young master, Your Highness, there's a building that is being burned in the outer palace. It's one of the remonstration offices where some of the memorials are being kept," Xu Jiaxu reported.

My wife looks at me and taps my shoulder. "Put me down. I want to check it myself!" she exclaims.

I put her down. She grabs my palm and starts running while dragging me with her.

"Tell me which way I should turn!" Jin'er says.

I did give her the direction, and everyone was surprised when they saw their empress. They all bow their heads and pay their respects to her.

"Greetings, Your Highness!" they all said in chorus.
