บท 18: Chaos
The earthen ground started rumbling as the city's skyscrapers proceeded to shake. A few explosions also reverberated throughout the surroundings as civilians fled to shelter hoping to avoid the chaos.
"What?" Zeng left his house in utter confusion and stepped out to the courtyard.
The stone tiles cracked as a result and the surrounding courtyard walls started swaying.
Feng Yu, Zhou Jing and Lin Yuye immediately brandished their weapons hidden in the spatial ring in response.
Zeng seeing this decided to take to the skies to see what was going on.
As he took a leap he started floating in the sky ascending further up.
"H-How!?" Feng Yu said in disbelief seeing him fly..
The earthquakes continued and Zeng gazed to the west.
"Beasts? No.. that is something much more sinister!" He said seeing the black flying creatures in the sky attacking the nearby buildings and civilians.
The beasts had strangely wide wings alongside a head resembling a dragon. The thousands of them continued unleashing havoc upon the city.
"Hey are those demons!?" Zeng shouted down to Feng Yu as she had more experience in these things.
"Yes! Those are lower tiered Draconic demons.." She responded seeing the faint glimpse of one in the sky.
At this moment his grandma came out too hearing the sudden commotion.
"Foolish demons daring to attack our homeland!" She responded before flying into the sky reaching Zeng.
"Grandma should we go?" Zeng asked a bit uncertain about his former experiences of releasing the inner world.
"Of course, citizens are dying! You said you had a inner world? Go help them!" She shouted a bit angry at Zeng for hesitating.
"Alright." Zeng concluded and dived into his inner world.
"All disciples gather!" Zengs voice shouted with heavy Qi alerting the whole sect.
Suddenly the sect master, four grand elders and thousands of disciples gathered flying in the sky. It was a remarkable sight.
"Sect Power.." He muttered and the tab showed itself.

"All over the fourth level Qi Condensation will come with me to fight the foreign races and save our fellow humans." Zeng ordered quickly making sure his order was heard.
"Do you understand!?" He barked this time with a roar.
"Yes, Grand Ansector!" The disciples roared back in unison.
"Li Xuan! Supervise the 3 Grand Elders on the battlefield, make sure every damn one of those demons are dead." He concluded before putting on the Heavenly Dao Sect uniform however a newly made one.
The uniform he wore was completely white and almost transparent making him look like a wise sage.
Zeng suddenly gathering the disciples would leave the command to Li Xuan, Zengs main job would be to lead the overall group.
"Eliminate! Exterminate! Kill! No demon left alive!" Zeng suddenly shouted with a brand new motto he came up with on the spot.
"Eliminate!"
...
"Exterminate!"
..
"Kill"
..
"No demon left alive!" The disciples roared again finally able to get to view the outside world.
Suddenly a huge dark purple-black portal appeared in front of him and he stepped through.
As Zeng entered the real world again he looked vastly different. This was due to the Inner World transformation prompting any user to change their appearance to their liking.
His long white taoist robe fluttering in the air and long dark black hair seemed holy like.
Feng Yu and her friends seeing this gasped in shock. They still couldn't get used to a inner world user appearing different after a second..
"Is he really strong Yuye?" Feng Yu suddenly asked remembering her former statement.
"Yes.. no doubt." She responded looking at Zeng with a curious look.
"Hmph, he probably doesn't even have that many troops.." Zhou Jing feeling a little bit jealous said in a fit.
A second later a huge portal engulfed the sky as the disciples with long hair and blue taoist robes entered the world.
10...50...100...200....300..500..600...700...
The troops just kept stepping in filling up the sky like tiny hornets from a long distance.
"Impressive!" Zengs grandma said a bit shocked too at the amount of troops he possessed without being in college yet.
The hundreds of disciples curiously looked around the technological advanced world in awe.
"What the fuck!!.." Feng Yu could not keep calm anymore as she felt the oppression from the roughly 40 hunters.
"Y-Yu'er are you sure he's a highschool student?!" Zhou Jing said shortly after in shock too.
"Even our number one Zhang Fu doesn't come close..." Zhou Jing continued feeling even more jealousy...
Lin Yuye stood still in disbelief aswell..
The draconian demons continued their rampage destroying the nearby infrastructure alongside killing civilians.
Seeing this Zeng frowned in anger as the demons continued.
"Eliminate! Exterminate! Kill! No demon left alive!" Zeng suddenly roared and flew away the disciples flying in suit.
As the hundreds of taoist robed disciples flew in the air it resembled a scene out of a movie.
"Ahh! Mommy!" A young boy shouted in fear falling down. The draconic demon in hot pursuit caught up to the young boy hugging his mom.
The 2 meter tall draconic demon let out a fierce cry before shooting out a fireball onto the pair.
The large circular fireball soared with fast speeds locked accurately onto the mother and boy.
However just as they were prepared to die a person stepped in completely destroying the flying fireball.
"I-Immortal!??..." The young boy not feeling the impact opened his eyes and said in a shocked expression seeing the taoist robe and long hair on the man who protected them.
The boy with a smile read the robe..
"Heavenly?" He questioned as suddenly the man disappeared..
"Mommy! That immortal just saved us!!" He shouted super excitedly like meeting a superhero.
"He did.." the mother still crying hugged her son tightly in relief.

As the Heavenly Dao Sect joined the battle they supported the few combatants fighting the draconic demons alongside saving the civilians in need.
A motto quickly ran through the messy battlefield as the hundreds of Heavenly Dao Sect members shouted.
"Eliminate! Exterminate! Kill! No demon left alive!"
Even the few off-duty military combatants joined in as they fought with the taoist robed individuals.
At this point several other inner world users had joined the fight, Immortals, Elves, Spirits, strange beasts they all fought the draconic demons together.
The battles continued, draconic demons unleashing havoc with their fire related abilities and several people died.
"Regroup with me! We are storming in!" Zeng suddenly ordered stopping the initial ambush in the air.
Every disciple complied and rallied behind him.
"Li Xuan take half of our group, we are both going in, me on the left and you on the right." Zeng said.
His plan was to storm into the center air battlefield and wipe out the higher ranked draconic demons who were the most dangerous.
Li Xuan nodded and split off from Zeng flying further to the right bringing half the disciples.
The other fighters who were busy fighting the weaker draconic demons stared in confusion before continuing their battles..

"As you can see the whole east of Shej City has fallen under the Draconic Demons! There are no other developments at this moment!" A young girl in the helicopter shouted into the microphone staring into the large camera.
The helicopter continued circling the Draconic Demons whoever ensuring to not get to close.
The live camera panned to the chaos and havoc the Draconic Demons unleashed. Burning buildings, dying civilians, earthquakes it was crazy.
Just as the Draconic Demons seemed to have their way the camera pointed to the north as hundreds of individuals approached.
"It seems some help has arrived! Let's see how this ends up!" The young girl continued shouting into the microphone as the camera focused onto the individuals flying.
Finally able to see the flying people the camera zoomed in further.
There stood a flying young man in his white taoist attire. The young man was clearly angry as a frown was seen on his face.
"It seems some "Immortals" have come to save the civilians!" The young girl joked with a laugh as she saw their unique taoist robes fluttering in the air.
The cameraman made sure to zoom in closely onto Zengs face to capture the moment.
The hundreds of taoists were seen brandishing their weapons before shouting a chant flying directly into the swarm of Draconic Demons.
The news camera continued recording the whole ordeal as the taoist robed individuals clashed with the demons. Instantly around 1000 demons were killed in the first strikes and the individuals continued slaughtering making their way through the sky.

The dozens of millions Hui Country citizens watched as the taoist robed individuals resembling immortals clashed with the Draconic Demons.
"Kill them!" One older man shouted in the noodle restaurant watching the ongoing battle on the TV.
"Show them our strength! This is the power of Hui Country!" Another older man shouted with sparkles in his eyes..
"Woah!" Several younger students watched the brave Immortals fighting.
Every citizen stopped on the roads making sure to watch the rare ordeal with great interest.

"Send them now." A bulky middle aged man said in frustration watching the news.
"Yes, Sir!" The female soldier saluted before sending out the commands.
