บท 12: Inner World Progression
The family continued eating at the small table until eventually the door opened and a female voice sounded.
"I'm home!" A voice shouted from the door before entering the kitchen.
"Auntie?" She said looking for the woman sitting with Zeng.
Eventually her gaze landed on Zengs grandma and she smiled almost oblivious to Zengs presence.
Just when the girl was about to hug her auntie she gazed at Zeng in horror.
"Kyaah!" She shouted a bit shocked seeing another person..
"Why are you screaming little girl?" Zengs grandma said a bit surprised and annoyed.
"S-Sorry... who..is this??" She asked feeling a bit betrayed.
Zeng giggled a little seeing the clearly shy girls actions.
"He is our grandson who lived in United Nations, you don't remember when i told you?" She responded continuing sipping the stew.
An awkward silence prevailed..
"Ah...nice to meet you?" She said unsure of his name.
"Likewise little sister, I am Zeng." Zeng said still sitting at the table.
"Little?? I'm clearly older!" She said a bit offended.
"You clearly are little no?" Zeng finally stood up revealing his 6'4 height.
He looked down onto the tiny girl with amusement before doing the dishes.
"W-What? Why is he so tall?" She suddenly thought with envy.
"Sister your name is?" Zeng continued while washing the dishes.
"I am Feng Yu!" Feng Yu said crossing her arms looking Zeng up and down.
"Are you in college?" He asked a bit more intrigued now.
"Hmph, of course I am." She responded instantly planning to show who's the bigger sibling.
"Okay, little sister do you know why I am here suddenly?" Zeng said thinking about how to tease her.
"No? Aren't you here on vacation or something." Feng Yu said not really caring.
"Oh no, little sister I will be staying here permanently. You see I was banished recently." He said casually.
"Banished? You are a criminal!?" She said a bit scared now..
"I guess I am, but those United Nation guys are no good. I even got some gifts with me." Zeng continued.
"Anyways little sister I will start college next semester, are you a normal awakened?" He asked finally finishing the dishes.
"Hmph, I attend the second ranked college in the country, Shej Military College!" She bragged with a grin.
"Oh really? How did you get in, foul play or paying them off?" Zeng said not believing her.
"I awakened Astral Energy you know! You will never compare to me!" She said finally getting angry.
"This sister is truly confident." Zeng thought with an amused expression.

"Then I would personally eliminate you in a second." Zeng said shattering her pride.

It had been almost a quarter of a year since the sect master disappeared and made Li Xuan the elder.
At this time every disciple reached the Qi Condensation 10th stage and started the recruitment of normal mortals..

"Greetings Sect Leader!" The man shouted with all his might bewildering the younger disciples and notifying the other enhanced humans.
Seeing the so called great Elder bow so respectfully to this young man with short hair the younger disciples looked a bit shocked.
"Brats! Hurry up and pay your respects!" He shouted towards them still bowing.
They swiftly dropped to the ground before Zeng spoke.
"Greetings Sect Leader!" Their young voices shouted in different paces.
"Rise.. my newer disciples." Zeng said using his personal aura to lift them up very quickly.
"Woah.." A young boy said suddenly feeling peaceful and flying up.
"Wahh.." the younger girl said a bit bewildered too.
"Everyone may take the meditation position." Zengs voice were heard clearly by everyone.
Elder Li Xuan sat down first alongside the other hundreds of younger disciples.
"The Heaven and Earth have blessed us again increasing our world by seven times in size alongside increasing the cultivation road. Bow and kowtow three times to the Heavens and earth for their gift." His voice ordered no one daring to defy.
"We are grateful!" Li Xuan the dutiful Elder said first and bowed.
The younger disciples proceeded to bow and kowtow three times.
"Good, I will tell you all my story now." Zeng said suddenly surprising even Li Xuan.
"I have lived three lives, the first I was a regular mortal, the second I was a puny cultivator and the third I am the conqueror. Remember my name for I am Zeng Yang." Zeng proceeded saying with his overwhelming bloodlust and Aura pressing down on the disciples.
However suddenly his bloodlust and Aura dissipated leaving a peaceful state.
"We all have ambitions, being rich, being the strongest, becoming immortal there are no boundaries. However why should we let others limit us, why should we let other control our fate. This is the heavens fate. No matter how ambitious it is it will always be limited.
However we cultivators are different just like the Dao, carefree with endless possibilities." Zeng said suddenly becoming a motivational speaker.
"I now proclaim myself as grand ancestor and grant Li Xuan the Sect Leader title. Alongside the heavens I will now found the mobile system." Zeng said announcing his decree.
Zengs plan was to be involved however only behind the scenes since it's too tedious otherwise. He spoke with the Heavens earlier and decided to found the mobile system which is just like a phone.
"Sect Leader? No Grand Ansector you can't do this.." Li Xuan suddenly said feeling a bit overwhelmed.
"Tsk tsk, Li Xuan you are faithful, loyal, courteous, disciplined, hardworking what more does a sect leader need." Zeng shook his head and thought.
"All other disciples disperse apart from Elder Li." Zeng ordered suddenly scaring them off.
"This is an order, promote the strongest inner disciples to core disciples. The nine peaks around the grand pavilion will transform to the nine great peaks. With every Grand Elder managing one peak having elders, core disciples, inner disciples and outer disciples. Choose whoever you think is fit for the 8 other positions." Zeng said however cut him off before continuing.
"Construct the grand library, enforcement hall, alchemy pavilion, talisman pavilion, array pavilion, sword hall, saber hall, a few training grounds wherever and a arena. Also set up patrols in the mortal cities." Zeng concluded spewing all his thoughts for the sect.
"Oh also gather the 100 enhanced humans and get their former martial arts and skills, then put it into the library. Just tell everyone I'm in seclusion." Zeng finally concluded the yapping session before disappearing.
"Y-Yes Grand Ansector.." Li Xuan replied a bit shocked about the orders however still motivated to complete them to the fullest.

A/N: Inner World may only spawn their races once a month in real life. However they also increase for each cultivation level.

The woman let out a grunt of acknowledgement before launching the system. Now when every cultivator said mobile their status of the sect would appear. Missions, rank and sect points.
He made sure to inform this to Li Xuan beforehand.
With a sigh of relief he left the inner world happy with his progress. Around 4 months left to the college exams and he would make sure to win. Losing was not an option.
Quickly he wrote down some tasks for the coming weeks.
1. Push heavens rank to beginner to enable troops to reach Foundation Establishment.
