The Vice Principal gave out papers of the schedule until graduation.
It was fairly plain however worked sufficiently preparing every student. The school did not have enough resources to personally help every student, this is why the schedule might seem strange.
"Also a reminder that at the end of the spring term there will be a Inner World tournament. The top 3 will gain a scholarship to the Great Sun College, number one will be sent to participate in the worldwide Inner World tournament. More details will be revealed at that time. Raise your armies well and cultivate diligently." He reminded one last time before leaving the facility.
The other students inspected the newly made schedule with dissatisfaction... really self study for 2 hours??
Zane checking his watch hurriedly entered the Inner World after finding a isolated spot in the facility.
It had been around 2 months in the inner world at this point so he was excited to see their progress.

After leaving the Inner World the rest of the enhanced humans continued cultivating diligently per Zanes order and majority of them reached the fifth stage of Qi Condensation after only a month. They then proceeded to build their abodes and streets at the bottom of the mountain. As the regular humans also came to life they joined together creating a mini city.
"Make these roads the best as you can! Who knows when the sect master will return!" Li Xuan the hardworking disciple shouted towards the normal mortals building the roads.
As they continued the mortals learned of the Heavenly Dao Sect however only little. They briefly understood it was possible to gain superpowers and the disciples from the sect said they could become immortal...
The 100 Disciples constructed their abodes closest to the mountain while the regular mortals branched off along a road a bit further away.
They would regularly visit the grand pavilion waiting for the sect master to visit. And finally did he visit.
Acting cool and opening a portal towards the Jade podium he stepped into the world and gazed upon his members.
Immediately they stood up and greeted him with sincerity.
"Greetings to the Sect Master!" They said in unison making sure to show their utmost respect.
While Zane was gone they had their gossip and concluded he was the chosen from the heavens.
"Nice to see you all, I am satisfied. The fight towards the other energies and races has just begun." Zane muttered sitting down casually.
"As a reward for your efforts the heavens will now support us more earnestly." Zane said lastly before something shocking happened.
Opening the Heaven & Earth tab he gazed upon it before commencing the upgrade.

Almost instantly the rest of the cultivators no matter what background bowed three times out of respect.
"The heavens and earth have blessed us!" Guo Chen said almost fanatical..
"I shall now spread my teachings.." Zane said and the other 100 enhanced humans listened earnestly.
"I will give you all a question to ponder over." He said looking at them dead in the eyes.
"Are the Heavens unfair?" Zane said.
A silence prevailed before Li Xuan said his thoughts.
"It is not a matter of unfair, it is ultimately man's choice to work hard and successfully attain immortality.." Li Xuan said after thinking deeply.
Eventually another silence prevailed before a girl uttered her thoughts.
"The Heavens are unfair! Why are some born geniuses and others mortals? It is simply the Heavens being unfair!" She shouted with an almost bloodthirsty rage.
The woman Zhao Yi even started hyperventilating in frustration.
"Calm down.." Zane said to her putting his hand up and with his newly found powers made her sleep.
He obviously used the privileges of being a inner world owner however it is a good opportunity to show his power.
"Zhao Yi I see you have a lot of regrets, forget those regrets and start anew. The heavens have blessed us with a new chance and it is only right to take advantage of it. To ensure your Dao heart remains pure I will give you a gift." Zane said out loud before finally waking the woman.
"I apologize sect master.. I showed a unsightly side of me.." she bowed deeply apologizing.
"No worries, I shall bless you with the power of the heavens.." He murmured loudly for everyone to hear.
Almost instantly the woman started glowing floating in the air...
"Huh!?!?" Was the reaction of the other disciples..
She stayed in midair before levitating down..
"Thank you sect master for your virtue and kindness! I Zhao Yi swear on the heavens and earth to be loyal and lead the Heavenly Dao Sect even further!" She shouted realizing what had happend.
Zane essentially inserted a portion very very small portion of the heavens will in her. She most likely gained various enlightenments...
"Good, I will now answer the question." He said finally.
"Are the Heavens unfair?...
To cultivate is going against the will of the heavens, however the heavens remain fair and send tribulations.
The heavens cannot control everything, it is not the "ruler" the heavens is the guide. The one assisting you onto your journey onto immortality.
Fate, luck, talent all these things are derived from the Yin and Yang. Without talent there is no cultivation. Without cultivation there is no talent.
Instead of cursing the heavens it is only natural to follow it. For without the heavens we are regular mortals.
Of course this is only my interpretation, the Dao differs for every single taoist out there." Zane said randomly spouting some bullshit however the disciples thought otherwise. They resonated with his words and understood their fate.

"Okay fine, I will hunt for rare treasures later alright?" He muttered a bit tired of being a sect master....
Altough Zane did not know how the other inner worlds progressed he was positive of being the fastest to gain a hundred awakened power individuals.
He opened his eyes and stood up realizing most of the people left to do their own thing including Veronica.
The self study session soon ended and he proceeded to the Abyss Realm class.
He entered the classroom and saw Veronica in the distance greeting her before taking a seat.
"Welcome to your Abyss Realm Class my students." A new teacher they had never seen in the 4 years of highschool suddenly popped out of nowhere.
"Haha! I get this every year you know." The man said seeing everyone's reaction.
"I am Teacher Harold and I know damn lot about the Abyss Realm!" He said introducing himself.
"So to begin with let me ask everybody what the abyss realm is." Teacher Harold said with enthusiasm.
Immediately Nellie Atlas the wellknown study girl raised her hand.
"Yes student red hair?" Harold said, he didn't bother getting to know their name in a short three months.
"Teacher Harold the Abyss Realm entered our galaxy 30 years ago. They have various different races and spacecraft capable of eliminating any civilization. It is not known where they came from or what their objective is.." She said almost like a professional secretary..
"Hmmm... that's a good answer I suppose! However, I asked what it is.." he responded cheekily earning a glare from Nellie.
"Now! The Abyss realm is not from our dimension, they are basically aliens. However what are they? It is simple. They are murderers!" Teacher Harold said suddenly shouting and glaring at every student.
"At the frontlines it's either kill or die. The same goes for them." He suddenly changed the atmosphere and the students gulped..
"Anyways!" Instantly he turned happy fixing the depressing atmosphere..
"There are a total of 34 races in the Abyss, some humanoid, some beasts and some hybrids. They are weird." Harold continued explaining and pointing towards the board behind him.
"We have titled these creatures as demons. Not to flashy it's simple." He said.
"Now, we rank these demons very simply. Rank 1-3 are small fry, some awakened beasts with almost no intelligence and only rely on their instincts. However they could gain intelligence at the peak of rank 3 so be careful of that." He explained pointing the stick towards the board.
"Now next we have the Rank 4-5, the more dangerous cannon fodder, these demons are equivalent to our hunter stage unlocking their gifts and attaining intelligence. These ranked specimen are most often seen at large war breakouts or small skirmishes it honestly depends." He concluded before pointing to the next.
"Now, rank 6 are equivalent to a warrior stage. They can most likely kill you currently by just breathing. We do know that these individuals have actual rank positions in the Abyss realm. Though rare some are also capable of human speech." Teacher Harold explained.
"The ranks in the Abyss realm will be explained next time. Now to the rank 7 demons equivalent to our General stage. These demons are cunning, with a greater intelligence and much stronger combat abilities, all of them are capable of human speech. They root themselves in human society as spies. If found they will most likely self detonate killing millions." This time he explained solemnly with a hint of sadness however only Zane picked it up.
"Rank 8 demons are equivalent to our Lord Stage. Keep in mind our forces barely have even a hundred of them. They are very very rarely seen. These demons are the main commanding officers on the battlefield and will only intervene once the situation is dire or they are ordered to not retreat." Harold said.
"Now to the final rank 9-10 demons. These are very few staying in the Abyss realm overseeing the battlefield. Rank 9 are equivalent to Master stages and the very few Rank 10 demons are at the emperor stage.
What I will tell you next will most likely shock you however it is true. Our frontlines are only a small battlefield for the Abyss Realm. The truth is they are at war with other human or other race dimensions. That is the only reason we have stayed alive for this long." He suddenly revealed dropping a ice bucket on all the students.
Zane was already aware of this as the heaven will explained it to him before however the others were not so calm..
"Now to explain why our dimension is so weak it is due to one thing. The energies. We might not see it however the energies have their own range of thought and are fighting for more space and domination in our dimension.
If we only had one energy for example the star energy, us humans would have a lot more density." Teacher Harold said once again dropping an ice bucket on the students...
Nellie immediately raised her hand to ask a question seeing the teacher had stopped explaining.
"If that is the case then what happens if a energy disappears?" She said curiously.
"We do not know because it has never happened however it is highly likely the Qi and Aura will perish first." He said in thought.
...
Suddenly Zane felt his heart beating faster...
"Can't you just absorb the Qi in the real world instead of the inner world?" Zane questioned the heavens will in his thoughts.
"No I cannot, they will notice me and try to eliminate all Qi from the dimension. It is simply to risky." She said.
"Then why have they kept it?" Zane asked suddenly confused.
"The energies are arrogant, they are to busy fighting each other. Especially the Astral Energy." She explained to Zane before disappearing...
