บท 93: Sinful thoughts

Once inside the carriage, Jacquelyn tried her best not to turn. Her father didn't deserve her forgiveness yet. He had cursed her, sent her away to live all alone in a castle, and after years of isolation, he had pushed her into a marriage that could have been the death of her. Despite everything Jacquelyn tried to do, her mind still went back to those moments when she was all alone with Griselda, and she didn't know if she could move past it.

Her sisters had welcomed her warmly, but where were they when she needed them most? Why hadn't they tried to look for her or secretly reach out? Weren't they also afraid she was cursed?
