บท 68: Chapter 68 Power Outage

When he woke up, Shadow was not in the room.

She scooped out a bowl of rice porridge that had been cooking in the rice cooker, and tore open a package of pickled vegetables to place on a plate, then carried it upstairs.

On opening the door to the room and seeing Sheng Hanyu awake, Shadow was very pleased, "You're awake? Thank God, you finally woke up, last night your head was so hot it could bake sweet potatoes."

"What happened to me?" His voice was hoarse when he spoke, and he felt dizzy when he tried to sit up, ultimately giving up.

"Don't move."

She set the tray on the table, then went over to help him sit up against the headboard, before bringing the tray over to the side of the bed, "Can you eat by yourself? Do you want me to feed you?"

"I'll do it myself."

The appearance of the porridge was much better than that of the day before. She really was smart, able to learn anything on the fly.
